Repeat customer and very happy with every product from M&H. My last order was lost in transit and GRACIE from the customer support team was an absolute godsend, promptly lodged an enquiry with the courier, unfortunately when they confirmed it was lost she kindly stepped in and arranged for a replacement without any fuss. She kept me well informed on the process. I suffer from Alopecia and my previous M&H wig which I wear every day(!!!) Has stood up to all kinds of products and styling for the last year and a half - its now ready to be retired, I am looking forward to receiving my new M&H baby in the post. WOOOOOAAAAAAHHHHH jaw is on the floor!!! Have I been living under a rock??!!!! Pretty sure I’ve spent millions over my lifetime at the salon getting perms colours extensions you name it I’ve done it when I could have just spent a tiny amount of money really at milk and honey and be donning a masterpiece !!! It’s unbelievably real looking.. my mother thought I spent the day at the salon! Ahaha nope! Not any more mumma!! I now wear wigs! Way for fun and adorable!!

The quality of the products is outstanding. I've tried a lot of different manufacturers before, Milk & Honey are the best and relatively economical as well.

The only piece of advice I can give to potential customers is: be prepared to wait for a custom build. A good product takes a lot of time and care. Custom models take about eight or nine weeks to be shipped from my personal experience. It sounds like a long time, but you'll discover that the wait is worth it. If you maintain this realistic expectation, then you're sure to be extremely pleased. If you need something faster, you're better off going with something that is ready to ship and avoiding the anxiety of waiting. (Even the ready to ship models are amazing)

Milk and honeys wigs are insane quality!! I’ve tried so many different wig companies and always found them to look really costume-like, but every wig I have gotten from MH looks super realistic! The hair is so soft and doesn’t have that weird shine most synthetics do. Thank you milk and honey!!

I've been buying off Milk and Honey for over 3 years now and I couldn't recommend them anymore. Their products and packaging are of really high quality and they have such a wide range of products. This company really goes above and beyond for their customers, customer service is absolutely flawless. As someone with hair loss I couldn't recommend a better company to provide high quality wigs in a quick and friendly manner.

Wow. Where do I start. Firstly the products are such high quality. I got two different super bright wigs and was a little nervous I was going to look like a bad dress up costume, however when they arrived and I saw the absolute quality I was shook.

I have had so many people compliment me on my hair, thinking it’s real which is amazing and it’s so easy and comfortable to wear!

Now the most important thing to note is that I have had some of the best customer service of my life! The team supported me so kindly when I had huge courier delivery challenges going above and beyond to help me. A special mention to the lovely Grace who was so sweet and understanding and made my absolute week dealing with her. I am already planning my next haul!

I cannot emphasise enough the exceptional customer service Milk and Honey, Gracie provided me when my order was delayed. I ordered 3 wigs some acessories and recived a promo bundle.... awesome. Except i only recived the 2/3 wigs as well as a missing items from the bundle and a unstitched wig out of the 2 i recieved... I had to actually email the company after the 2 weeks to find out if their wearhouses were even picking/packing the order to be sent out. It wasnt until i contaced them that i got the email saying my order is packed..(cool must be busy no worries) but then when it arrives its another few emails back an forth about the missing products and photos being sent to them for proof of their packing slip with ticks and crosses on it as well as photos of the wigs i ordered. To be told my missinf items will be sent out the following monday as it was a friday the email exchange happened.. great thats all i wanted was the products i thought i paid for oh so i thought, because i go out for the evening friday, i didnt inspect the 2 wigs properly when they arrived (my fault). so when i get home on the saturday to properly look at the 2 wigs i have recieved. I notice they sent 2 wigs that are not even close to what i ordered, the textures were off (straight and curly), the lengths were off and the colour was off. All in all the wigs i have recieved do not even look close to the wigs i ordered. I got photos of the wigs that got delivered and i got photos of the wigs i was suppose to recieve and made a collage out of them because they were so different an to me that is false advertising.. so hear i am all ready a little annoyed. To then wait until the wednesday and figure out i havnt recieved a shipping email about my missing items. But i did recive an email about writing a review, so i wrote a review from the email they sent me about my displeasure with how things have been going. To find out they dont approve reviews on their page that dont go with their 5 star rating.. to be expected. So if you are going to order from this company its best to do it in person where you can inspect the merch before buying. They probably do have some nice wigs. Its just unfortune that this entire month dealing with this mess up has put a sour taste in my mouth from this company when a good friend of mine told me to order from them.

I've been buying from M&H for years! Almost every one of my wigs is from there and I can guarantee top quality when I receive them. The service is wonderful and I love receiving my parcels because I know I'm going to LOVE it!

Gracie has been incredibly kind, genuinely made my experience amazing. She was really helpful, reassuring and made me feel safe to ask more questions about the products. Ok, I've been buying wigs for a while from all different places, but this Milk & Honey is next level. The quality of the hair is amazing... it's SO silky. Most synthetic hair either feels TOO glossy or too rough- this just feels like well-conditioned real hair! It also never tangles. I'm so happy!! The customer service has also been gorgeous. You get a personal response every time from someone that talks to you like a friend. I just dropped another $250 on more wigs because I was so happy hahah

I ordered my very first wig from M&H due to recently being diagnosed with Androgenetic Alopecia.

My wig did take over 25 business days to arrive but each time I emailed M&H we’re quick to reply!

When my wig finally arrived I was in love! I had my professional stylist colour and trim to wig (U Part Wig) to the colour of my hair and it was absolutely incredible. So easy to install and very comfortable to wear! Completely seamless and the hair is just so silky and beautiful as expected for human hair, the price definitely reflects the product and I will 100% be ordering from them again!
