Wigs were amazing ! Super easy to deal with and we’re so good to use for my shows when I perform. Would definitely buy from them again and customer service was 10/10

Ordered two synthetic wigs and for the price they are going for is not worth the money in my opinion. The “Jazmine” unit looked nothing like the photos and was poor quality. The “Viviene” unit was slightly better but both wigs shed a ridiculous amount just gently running hands through hair and tangle super easy. The wig top and hairline look very “wiggy” too. I had no issues with communication or shipping so that’s good. I don’t believe this company post negative reviews as to mine in the site is still not visible weeks later. I appreciate transparency in businesses and for this reason I will not give them a second try.

Update: the company did reach out to give me a voucher for another unit but I’m not interested, the thought was nice though. I’m now getting emails saying they flagged this review to be taken down so there’s that.

Milk and Honey make gorgeous and really high quality synthetic wigs they look beautiful straight out of the bag, great density and easily manageable. Their customer service is also top tier: friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

Delivery spot on with no delays. The wig was well packaged and discreet. The quality of the wig was excellent

Wig quality was ok. Length and thickness is average too. I got the Sarah black u part wig. The ends are pretty thin when I part my hair.

In the picture the wig looks like the straps are wider.. but when I received it, it was only 3.5cm wide. It's about 2 finger gap. It made it really hard for me to section and pull out the top of my hair to cover the wig itself. I ended up having to cut those straps from the wig just to pull my hair through. The wig itself was big and the clips around the u part are pretty tight so it strains the top of my head, making it painful to wear. I'd have to play around with sectioning the hair and clipping it in (in a way where it is less painful).

The comb and straps below do not support my wig on my head so I ended up having to sew extra extension clips (I had from a different extension) in order to give me more security on the bottom half of my head.

It doesn't sit flush, if you touch the back of my head, you'll feel bits of the wig is pops up.

I had to wait about 1 month for my wig which on the site it states that they take up to 14-20 days. I knew it'd take a while because of the sales they had. They were quick to respond and I was notified every step of the way from being dispatched to being delivered. I was not home and it was safely delivered to my LPO. It is a trustworthy website to order from.

Though it looks natural, my overall experience with the wig itself was disappointing. I had high hopes for the u part wig but I will not be purchasing another.

I will only purchase again if the straps were wider and maybe if they had different sizing for the head.

So happy with my wig I feel so beautiful again the team were helpful and supportive I highly recommend milk & honey

I ordered express post for 2 wigs total around $240 on the 26th of December. This company hasn’t bothered responding to several of my emails or instagram messages. Can’t understand how this is acceptable and it’s the 1st Jan no idea where my order is hasn’t even been shipped yet which is just appalling and zero communication. I was a regular but will never buy wigs from here again. No clue if I’ll ever even get my order.

Update:

Finally got a response after approximately a week. They claimed orders are ‘back ordered’ like a pre-order though I wasn’t given the exact date of arrival for my specific order right away until I had to ask when my order is coming. I think they said roughly 1-3 weeks… even though I ordered express post and did not see anything about pre-orders. So back when I ordered on the 26th of December express post, my order wasn’t expected for weeks on end apparently… I had no idea.

In my order email it actually was their standard postage one and vague - under the wig I bought. That particular email said nothing about when to expect my order.

On top of this they have now called me over 6 times and threatened to sue me over defamation for my honest review about the situation. I am not surprised why there’s so much green on here. In my opinion, it seems like a tactic to bully and try and silence anybody who leaves bad reviews.

Which is just my honest experience. I had spent hundreds with this company as a regular and this is how they treat me as a reoccurring customer… I feel there’s been no accountability whatsoever or reassurance just happy to blame me for their lack of communication. Completely foul, in my opinion.

They actually did cancel my order without my consent and I believe that was out of spite. Apparently they issued a refund now (which received after I posted this review) but still feel there has been zero accountability on their end for their lack of communication and constant blaming, rather than reassuring me of exactly where my order is… because ‘it’s the holidays and your fault you didn’t see when we close etc’

In my opinion, you can’t as a company tell customers you’re closed but be open and happy to take orders and customers money over the holidays without giving them specific dates when to expect orders (not just vague 1-3 weeks due to backlog) - then in my opinion, continue to give vague help to people with enquiries on where their order is… on top of in my opinion, continuing to blame the customer for enquiring about their order.

I genuinely had a terrible experience and wouldn’t ever recommend them nor buying from again. I’ve had better quality wigs elsewhere, in my opinion. In my opinion, the worst company I’ve come across and very very arrogant customer service.

Absolute LIESSSSSS. I simply enquired where my order was and was met with your maltreatment. You treat your customers horrible from what I’ve seen and call multiple times as well as threaten to sue anyone who leaves a bad reviews. I had to go to the police to stop your harassment. Ugly tactics, ugly business, ugly service.

My first order went fine with mhwigs, good quality synthetic wigs made in China but very expensive. They do tangle and shed also. You are offered 15% discounts for every review you do but are not told these cannot be used during sale periods, when the $280 synthetic wigs are at least affordable. The fine print is important to read especially if you are shopping during sales. When I received a wig that didn’t fit at all, it’s way too big and won’t sit flush, I was offered another 15% discount (off full priced items only, not used during sales) and given the option to resell it on a third party website. Not any resolve for me there unfortunately. I ended up cancelling my last order and getting a refund, not wanting to go through the issues I had previously. It was also back ordered which I wasn’t aware of when purchasing and hadn’t shipped in nearly a month. The wigs look good and quite natural in general which for the price they should. I have updated my first review as I’ve bought 4 wigs now and I have one I can’t wear without adhesive which is terrible. I may purchase again but it will be only to use my accumulated points and will be hoping I get a wig that fits.

Gorgeous, realistic quality hair crowns. This is my 4th wig from MH. Soft, natural and colours are so beautiful. Shipping was so quick, even during the Xmas period. I will continue to buy from MH. Thank you so much for supplying amazing wigs right on my doorstep.

I had issues with Aus post losing my package. I called in Gracie in a panic and she was nothing but amazing. Within 15 minutes of my phone call she sent me a new package and it arrived the next day. I would never buy hair from anywhere else. I have personally used the hair for festivals multiple times, they are such good quality and I still have them to this day and will use it again and again. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Truly a wonderful company & products! I own over 20 wigs from Milk & Honey, and everything is just lovely. Had a parcel gone missing once, but got refunded and repurchased items. Love them 💕

I have purchased a number of wigs. I had one go missing and the amazing Gracie promptly sent another one. Recently she exchanged a wig no questions asked when the wig I ordered was delayed in its availability. I highly recommend mhw 🌞🌻🌞

I would strongly advise anyone considering products or services to think twice and be prepared for a potential customer service nightmare. This experience has left me deeply disillusioned and questioning the integrity of the company as a whole. I purchased a $600 wig which was not made correctly and was accused by customer service that l was not fitting it correctly. After numerous emails no outcome till l mentioned l will leave a bad review and than l get a phone call, which they did not have any resolution and l was advised to google a wig repair to have it fixed. I am sure the company will reply to this review as l was encouraged to leave a bad review and to take this matter further to fair trading.
Your service is pathetic!

Upon inspection, it appears that the problem was absent in the initial images you provided when the wig arrived on your end. This suggests that this issue is related to wear and tear rather than a manufacturing fault. Please note that we have a 14-day return window for customers to report any manufacturing issues. Considering that your order was placed and shipped in August, and it is now November, we sympathize with your situation but do not offer an in-house repair services.

Our customer service team remains available to address any additional questions or concerns you may have. By you making threats, demanding for us to meet your requests or you will tarnish our brand online, does not alter the situation or compel us to repair an item that has been damaged while in your care.

Since l can't reply to your reply, that is absolute lie, you tried to say l was not fitting it correctly, you can clearly see in the image attached that this is a fault. It is a brand new wig never used, once l cut the lace per your instructions this did not resolve my issue. Please don't state this is were and tear to the world as you are lying and this was advised from the first email. I like to know what wear and tear means obviously your product doesn't last if the hair falls out.
Very unprofessional service!

I made 3 orders over EOFY sale. First one was my test order, it came in record time. Amazing quality and I gave a rave review. 2nd order - lost in the mail. Not MHWIGS fault I understand. Back and forth emails went on and on and whilst the staff were very nice they had terrible communication and I had to constantly email for a progress updates. But 3 months later I have only just received the replacement order and am extremely disappointed with the HAYLEY ‘blonde’ wig. It’s literally yellow, looks like a costume wig. Yuck.
My 3rd order was for a heat comb, melting spray, wide tooth comb and another styling tool. The heat comb was originally on back order with expected dispatch advertised on the website for JUL. AUG comes around and still not sent. No update email from the company at all. I finally asked for an update in which they said the heat comb was still on back order but they would sent all other items. Great! Next week the partial delivery arrives. Wide tooth comb no where to be seen. Still waiting on a response from the company to this day on this topic.
The melting spray was faulty and came out like silly string. I lodged a review but this was removed from the website and again, no response from MHWIGS on this topic.
Overall, I was excited to support a local business but after this poor experience I would never recommend or purchase from them again, it was way too much hassle for what was received.

Absolutely delighted with my first synthetic wig from this company Cannot wait to see the quality of HH product if synthetic is so good. Style, fit and colour was perfect also the price!

I love M&H! Timely responses and fast shipping with previous purchases and they even fixed up my order when I mucked it up! They sent it right away for me so I get it in time for my event. Very happy with the customer service and great quality products. Highly recommend!
