While customer service was not a bad experience, the product however was not at all what I expected. I have a lot of wigs and some cheap some very expensive, the one I purchased from MHWIGS seems cheaper than the cheap temu ones I have purchased and paid way less money for. Very disappointing quality

Seems like a scam. They promised to have my product ready in 2-3 weeks as stated online. It’s been a month and I keep on sending weekly emails for an update and it seems to be the same thing everytime “your order is processing”. I requested a refund as I still haven’t received my order with any real update and I was told I wasn’t allowed a refund. Even though the item hasn’t been shipped yet.

I spent over £200 at this store on a ponytail and some accessories (such as detangler, comb etc), they sent me fake tracking updates which i immediately caught on to and emailed them to see what was going on, they were very apologetic but i saw no improvement just empty promises, at this current time of writing a review they haven't responded in almost 2 weeks i have also sent them a message on Instagram which has been ignored and 2 follow up emails on separate threads throughout the week that have also been ignored, i still haven't received 90% of my orders and haven't received the ponytail which was obviously the most expensive item and I've been waiting 2 months

More often than not a long waiting time for the wigs to be posted from their out-of-the-country factory (the wigs are not often in stock in their Australian store).

I have had to tell them how to do their job in order to get my wigs that I paid for.

It’s been almost two months and I’ve not received them.

I’d give no stars if this feature was possible.

A word of advice: Temu sells similar wigs at the same quality level at one tenth of the price.

The owner of this business scammed me on depop. DONT SUPPORT SCAMMERS. Edit: the owner of the business YL is now trying to get this review taken down. She's a scammer stay away. Edit again- they're still trying to get this review taken down... Seriously lame.

highly recommend choosing milk and honey to purchase your wigs from. Not only are their products amazing quality, but their customer service and is above and beyond. Great company, great people, great products.

I have purchased a few wigs from Milk&Honey, some of the wigs have been great a few not quite right for me . I have always had excellent communication from the team and they have been helpful in finding the right wig .
They clearly state they don't refund and offer credit which I am fine with.
I will continue to buy from this company 💕

I ordered a wig on sale, it came to me and the fringe was a brown colour while the length was blonde. Looks so stupid. I contacted them for a refund as it's nowhere near the colour it said, and they said return it and have store credit. Like I want another one? No thanks. Terrible service, terrible wig, I do not recommend.

After my 1* review recently, Paul from Milk and Honey reached out to me and apologised for their company letting me down. He advised they looked at their processes and are already implementing changes to ensure similar situations don't happen again which I really appreciate. Not only that, they offered to send my relative a human hair wig free of charge as a sincere gesture of apology. I was taken aback by this generous offer and of course I couldn't say no. Paul made sure to ship the wig the next day and it was sent via express post to my home address. The wig arrived today packaged beautifully. I will be now sending it to my relative overseas. She will be so happy finally. Once again, thank you Milk and Honey team. I wasn't expecting anything like this generous gesture. Also I'd like to add, I did receive a full refund as well.

Milk and honey are amazing. Their products are reasonably priced and excellent quality. Their customer service is brilliant. I'll definitely be back!

The girls at Milk & Honey are so so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I have bought 3 synthetic wigs so far and have loved each one of them, I feel so confident whenever I pop one on. The quality of the wigs has given me the confidence to buy a Human hair wig from them, I can't tell you how excited I am to receive it.

As a professional makeup artist who has had an extensive career 25 years in special effects, Film and television I have used a lot of wigs and these are the best of the best synthetic wigs I’ve ever used, the quality and the variety of styles are second to none.

Purchased a $1500 wig in September of 2024 & still haven’t received (April 2025) I have Made many attempts to contact & resolve but just keep being told, it’s being sent ‘soon’. (I have expressed I was happy to wait for the manufacturing etc but I think 7 months is a little long) Although I was offered a resolution to ‘get store credit to purchase products’ $1500 is an outrageous amount of shampoo & conditioner…. Please don’t make the same mistake in trusting this company!!!

I placed an order 7 Feb and only received one of the two extensions I ordered. The packing slip included in the parcel said the second item was shipped separately which is fine. But nothing ever came and I never received any further emails for the second tracking details/delivery. Their customer service said it was marked as fulfilled on their end but could offer me a store credit or send a replacement. I chose to get the replacement extensions posted. That was 13 March and still nothing. Fair enough if ur fulfilment centre makes mistakes when dispatching orders but at least fix it and don’t leave customers hanging and out of pocket.

I have had Monte for a couple of weeks now and this wig is fabulous!! I wear wigs everyday ( have 18, many from milk and honey) but I will be purchasing another of these as it is the best ever . So natural looking , the cap is decent not flimsy so sticks well with spray. I love it.
The service I get from this company has always been amazing 😍

! Don't order from them!!! The wigs never arrived, even though I paid (700$) I was blocked after asking where my order was. I don't know why this online shop still exists. So many bad experiences & reviews…. It's a disgrace.

I have ordered a human hair wig very close to my natural hair. I have been going through chemotherapy and want to have something like my own.
My order was taking a bit longer than expected and so Chloe reached out and offered to send a synthetic wig to me while I wait. I couldn’t believe it, amazing service! I haven’t got my other wig yet but I have the Lily synthetic and it’s so fun and wonderful to have hair again! The cap size is a bit big for me but I do have a weirdly small head and that’s why I ordered the human hair wig so that I could select the petite cap size. Looking forward to it arriving and also now thinking I might order some more synthetic just for fun!
