Worst wigs and appauling customer…

Worst wigs and appauling customer service .

First of all wigs look nothing like picture nor are they the length advertised or paid for. I can guarentee you this a dropshipping site. They dont make there own wigs . I waited 10 weeks plus for a wig i cannot return because i cut the lace .. Wasnt correct density and length but still no return . It was my first wig ever how i am meant to know that. I just want what i paid for . Im taking my experience with them to the obudsman

there complete scammers !! Shame on you being an australian and dropshipping wigs from asia claiming you created it!

I call Bulls$&t

stay clear they never give refunds only stupid credits so you can be dissapointed with youre next purchase!!!

We did offer assistance in resolving your issue, but as per our returns policy, cutting the lace is considered an indication of wear. Unfortunately, this prevents us from being able to accept returns, as we cannot resell worn items for hygiene and safety reasons. This policy is in place to protect both our customers and staff, especially given that many of our customers are immunocompromised or have specific health considerations.

We understand that this was your first wig purchase and that it can be a learning experience. We genuinely wish we could have come to a more satisfactory resolution with you. Scam!

Scam!! I just wasted $1489.00 might of just flushed my money down the toilet! I received this poor quality wig Winny today 12/11/2025 that I ordered on the 18/09/2024 great disappointment! if I wanted a cheap and nasty wig that you can tell its a poor quality wig I would of brought off temu for $5 because thats all its worth! I would not been seen in it!!!!Maybe for halloween to look like an idiot! bulky at the base hardly any hair on the top of the wig where the lace is NOT HAPPY!!!! Doesn't even deserve 1 star on this review in the rubbish pile it goes!!

Winny is one of our best sellers, and this kind of feedback is very unusual for us, so we wanted to reach out to gain clarity on what happened.

After reviewing the photos you shared, we noticed that the Winny wig you received is a 13x6 lace front, which is a partial lace wig as advertised and not a full lace wig. We make sure to clearly state this in our product descriptions, as a full lace wig provides a more seamless look without wefts. If a wig with no wefts is what you’re looking for, we would recommend a full lace option in the future.

We also offered to assist you by processing a return, as we want to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases. However, we noticed that the lace had been cut in the photos you provided. Cutting the lace indicates wear, and as a company that prioritizes the safety and hygiene of our customers and staff—especially for those who are immunocompromised—we are unable to accept returns on worn or altered goods. This is stated clearly in our policy on several pages.

We truly regret that we were unable to reach a resolution that worked for you. We always strive to provide excellent customer service and high-quality products, and we would have liked the opportunity to assist further.

As confirmed by A******** Post this is a dropship company so everything makes sense to why everyone’s order is always delayed and shit.



“I strongly advise against buying from Milk and Honey Wigs. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their products are often misrepresented—what you receive rarely looks like what’s advertised, if it arrives at all. Shipping can take months, and when you ask for a refund on items that aren’t as described, they outright refuse, showing no regard for customer rights.

The wigs themselves are poor quality, with a cheap feel, unnatural look, and ill-fitting design that’s nowhere near worth the price. Customer service is horrendous; their team is rude, dismissive, and even resorts to bullying tactics when you raise valid concerns. They don’t care about customer satisfaction or resolving issues in a professional manner.

On top of that, they bombard you with emails asking for positive reviews—even before the product arrives—offering discounts if you leave good feedback. But when you contact them with an actual complaint, they’ll belittle you and insist there’s no recourse. In my case, they even took things to an unsettling level by having the business owner attempt to stalk and add my personal social media accounts on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. This behavior is unprofessional and invasive.

The only way I got them to address my complaint was by involving the Department of Fair Trading, as they knew they had no defense. Even with postage insurance, they tried every delay tactic possible to avoid a refund.

Save yourself the headache. Milk and Honey Wigs is not worth the time, money, or stress. You’re likely to end up with a low-quality product, terrible customer service, and an invasion of your privacy.”

these wigs are low quality and marked up- essentially a scam and they will not refund you. do not support this business. they also threatened to sue me for defamation for asking for a refund and complaining about the wig quality. they also gaslight you if you’re unhappy with the product. like any good lawyer would take on a case like that! insane!

SCAM COMPANY

Just take your money and throw it in the bin because it's the same thing as buying a wig from this company. They also filter reviews on their website.

Response to MH WIGS- Yes, I tried to have you rectify if remember you told me you would not do that. Stop lying and ripping people off and thrn trying to cover your tracks for your poor service and even poorer quality wigs.

Repulsive Company

Terrible company, waited forever for my purchase to be shipped, only to be ‘lost’. No refund, waiting weeks for a replacement to be sent. Finally received confirmation of the replacement being posted. The packing is still sitting in approved by Australia post’ after a week of receiving confirmation.
These people are frauds and prey on vulnerable people who are in situations where they need to buy a wig due to sickness. Absolutely shameful!

The most awful customer service!!! NO RFUNDS!!!

The most awful customer service!!! Charged me $25 same day delivery, received an item 2 days later! The wig itself completely wrong colour, not as described on the website and shocking quality. On top of everything they are REFUSING TO REFUND me my money for the wig!

This company has amazing customer service. Fast response time when responding to inquiries and if there are any issues the customer support has gone above and beyond to assist. I have placed many orders and love the products and items received. I highly recommend this Australian owned and operated company.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. I am a cancer patient, I have total hair loss. I purchased a wig from Milk and Honey based on their ‘fantastic’ reviews on TikTok. Wig arrived and was poor quality, didn’t fit despite me double checking the sizing prior to purchase. This wig was not going to be suitable for the next 12 months of cancer treatment. So I requested a refund. I knew what their refund process was, I checked it prior to purchase. I emailed and their AI babe told me I wasn’t eligible for a refund. I went back and forth and finally Gracie picked up the email thread and gave me a return authorisation number. I posted it back express post.
One week later, Australia Post was still sending me notifications that it hadn’t been collected from their post office box.
So I email Gracie again with a reminder to check their PO Box.
Several days later they collected it.
Several days later again I’m informed that the refund has been approved and will be processed within 14 business days.
I sent a gentle email requesting it be done ASAP as I needed that refunded to my Afterpay to buy another wig, that I am bald in the meantime. Over the next 2 weeks I sent that same email again and again, they would not prioritise it, instead they just kept saying it was in the queue for refund.
Unbelievable.
No compassion.
You cannot tell me that the refund queue is THAT LONG that one should still be waiting one month later for a refund to be processed to Afterpay. It’s a simple click of a button.
This is a wig company and their treatment of people with medical hair loss is purely disgusting.
Did they earn interest on holding my funds for a month? I can’t think of any other reason for such a lengthy delay despite a cancer patient emailing begging them to process the refund as soon as possible. The entire process started on the 11th of July and finished when my refund was finally processed on the 19th of August. Five weeks with no hair waiting on them just so that I could purchase another wig and maybe feel human. The way they treated me was soul destroying.
I will make sure that all my Cancer groups and the cancer services ward at my hospital knows to avoid this company.

Excellent customer service!

Ordered a custom human hair medical cap wig that was made to order and could not be happier! Customer service were amazing with my queries prior to ordering as it was my first wig purchase and I had no idea. They even asked me questions to confirm my preference that I wouldn’t have known about such as bleached knots which make all the difference.
Production and shipping time were as advertised and I’ve had queries post receiving regarding how best to properly fit etc and again customer service have been excellent. I’ve already placed another order and would recommend!

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Do not follow advertised cancellation/return policy. Still waiting to receive a refund from June (for an item that was never shipped). “AI Customer Service Babe” responses to emails are a joke. Buyer beware- do not support this “business”.

Got brown not black

I've brought probably 3 to 4 wigs from milk and honey and usually they have been ok to good. This time I specifically ordered a black wig I received a dark brown wig that is drastically different in colour to other back wigs ive had over the 9 years of me having alopecia. And trying to contact them has been very difficult if not possible, this time round im very unhappy with the product especially for the amount I paid for it.
