I have had multiple issues with this company.
I ordered two wigs which I never received, even after waiting nearly 50 business days.
They promised a refund within 14 business days, but that has now passed, and I still haven't received my money or a response to my follow-up email.
Additionally, I purchased another wig during their sale, and the quality was extremely poor. The colour was terrible, the hair was so thin you could see the tracks, and the regrowth colour was uneven and had a hard line where it ended. It looked very cheap.
When I tried to return this wig for a refund, they refused, citing their no-refund policy for change of mind. If this is the quality they are comfortable selling, it's no wonder they don't like to offer refunds. I guess I was lucky I fit a refund for the frost 2 wigs I purchased. Had I seen this wig in person, l would never have purchased it.
Now, I am left with a store credit for a company I no longer wish to do business with. This has been an expensive and frustrating lesson.

I am honestly couldn’t be happier with the Quality the the wigs I have been Purchasing for Milk&honey. I started with Synthetic wigs and now I am Wearing There human hair wigs which are Absolutely amazing. Honestly, when I wear them, no one can even tell I’m wearing awake. Absolutely love them, 🙏 😄

Great quality wigs, no issues with shipping always on time. I absolutely love all the products I recieve and the compliments of the product looking so amazing you could hardly even tell if it's real or not

I recently ordered two wigs with their buy one get one free sale. I received the two wigs quickly and both were great quality. However, one of the wig was a different colouration to how it is presented on their website. I wasn’t happy with the colour and reached out to their customer service email and explained my situation. They gave me clear instructions on how/where to return the wig & organised a replacement wig that would be suitable. Gracie I believe the customer service agent that dealt with my return and she did an amazing job.

Love the wig! Such great quality considering the one I got is synthetic, and a really great hairline and lace to look realistic - which I really appreciate having Alopecia.

I've been a customer since 2020 and would never go anywhere else for my wigs. The MH team are so great and responsive with any queries I have, shipping is super fast and most importantly the wigs are immaculate quality.

Purchased items during sale season, and it's been over 2 months and I'm still yet to receive my full order. After enquiring multiple times, Gracie advised it was on the way (the first time I enquired I was told it's coming within a week or so, but it never did). Finally got a package from them only to see that it was 2 out of the 6 items I had ordered. Checked the tracking and it says another package has been sent by them just today. So guess I gotta wait another week to see if everything else is in this next package. If the wig isn't out of this world amazing and perfect, probs never going to shop here again. Not worth the stress.

While I haven't yet received my full order (one of the wigs was son backorder don't worry!), their customer service team offered to ship through one of the wigs earlier so it would arrive on time. I hadn't expected anything more than an updated shipping time so I was really grateful for the personal thoughtfulness.

Absolutely obsessed with my Milk & Honey Wigs! Super fast shipping also. The quality of the hair is beautiful and I’ll definitely be ordering more!

I hadn’t had the best luck shopping online with wigs and was nervous to try anyone new again but I called milk and honey with my many questions and they were so lovely and understanding and really made sure I felt heard and comfortable
Ordered a few synthetics while I wait for my human hair to be made (love they are handmade) and am already loving them
Will definitely be buying more

My first time buying synthetic wigs in YEARS (Ive only worn human hair for so long now) and i am in love with their wigs! They fit so snug and comfortably on my head, especially being bald with alopecia, they arent going anywhere! I can only imagine how amazing their human hair wigs are!!! Thank you milk and honey x

My twin sister and I ordered one each and we were blown away with the quality and colour of this gorgeous unit. The colour in person is lighter than the photos but we're so happy its brighter! This is by far the best hair we've ever ordered and we will definitely be ordering more! The compliments won't stop and we feel like goddesses rocking our new hair 😍💙💙

We love the packaging and silk care case and care instructions that came with the wigs. Thank you Milk and Honey these are a superb touch!

My experience with Milk & honey has not been the greatest experience, i ordered my items back in Dec 2023, with express delivery. My items never got shipped to me until 3 weeks later when i enquired about it, advising that 1 item was not instock and they were waiting until it was stocked before sending out, however there was no communication advising of my item being out of stock? They then shipped out the other items while waiting for the 1 other item to be re-stocked & shipped out.
I have then since enquired about my 1 missing item as it has been now almost 6 months without getting it shipped to me. I asked the online team, whilst i was in the middle of talking to them, they ignored me the conversation closed and the next day i was email advising that the shop had close. If i was actually in store would you just close the doors and tell me to come back tomorrow? Why could the conversation not be closed out before leaving for the day as normal business procedure? I asked about my item again as i still dont have an answer on where my item is.

Beautiful amazing, at first I was hesitant but the customer service was splendid and they replied very fast! My wig looks amazing doesn’t look fake at all and I got so many compliments!!! My confidence has risen. Definitely the best!

I didn't get what I ordered...I returned it immediately..but I still don't have my refund..I purchased on 17 April returned it the next day..they said it takes 14 days to process the refund.. today is 21 May...it's been 35 days since my purchase...I email every few days..but I get the same standard reply.

What a frustrating experience. I purchased 2 wigs a month ago. After not receiving any shipping confirmation for a week I reached out and was told both wigs were on back order. Then when I did finally receive one two weeks after purchasing, it was a completely different colour to the one I purchased. I’ve submitted a review showing the clear difference but they haven’t shown it on their site. It was blonde instead of pink and when I queried the wrong item being sent they said that’s the actual product and that the reason it looked different was because my photos were taken “in natural light”… if you look at the wig on their website (Tiffany short ombré, pink) you’ll see someone else’s comparison to see what I mean.
I can’t get a refund because the wig was discounted, and to even return it for store credit requires me paying for the postage. This is not fair policy as what I ordered and what was sent are not the same. The wig isn’t great quality either. The second wig I received almost a month after purchasing is nice, but it’s the first wig that has really let me down with this place. I wish I’d read the reviews better but I had a great experience with this store years ago so I was trusting.

I don’t think I have ever received better customer service. As someone facing hair loss due to chemotherapy, I really wanted to find the right style wig and Milk & Honey were so understanding and helpful with processing my return for a wig that suited me better. They were incredibly quick, helpful and friendly. I will definitely buy from this store again!
