I recently used Michaels to sell my house and I cannot fault the entire experience. From the start, Cameron came round to value the house and straight away I was impressed by his knowledge of the market and felt confident I was in capable hands. They sold my house within 16 days! Helpful, professional and reassuring service

I would like to leave a sincere thank you to Sacha Allen at Michaels Property for her kind and efficient assistance with a recent maintenance issue at my rented property.

I reported a problem with the shower water flow, which was affecting normal daily use, and Sacha responded quickly and professionally. She contacted the landlord, kept me informed, and helped arrange for a contractor to attend. I also raised a previous window replacement matter, and she kindly followed this up at the same time and provided a clear update.

What I appreciated most was the clear communication and the sense that my concerns were being taken seriously. As a tenant, maintenance problems can be frustrating, but Sacha’s prompt replies, patience, and helpful attitude made the situation much easier to deal with.
