Absolute joke………20 Acacia avenue Colchester just sold for £260K…….that’s £40k below market value.Unfortunately my dimwit of a brother listened to these cowboys regards a valuation and went with advice.

My mum and dad spent their entire lives paying for their home only for it to be sold for peanuts……..My mum was offered £290k in 2021 and property prices have slowly increased……….someone without a conscience has gained a nice pot of commission.

Michaels Estate Agent have always been friendly and helpful. I don't usually leave reviews but I need to write positively about my experience with Michaels and especially Kyle Hockley. I have 3 rental properties and have used various agents over the years woth mixed experiences but I would only now use Michaels going forward. Kyle was professional, accurately priced my properties and got the asking price all within a week of being advertised. Kyle also takes very good photos!

Fantastic service from Michaels Estate Agents from start to finish. From the initial valuation through to completion, the customer service has been exceptional. The sales team arranged everything, carrying out viewings and liaising throughout, which took a huge amount of pressure off me. Once the sale was agreed, Nikki was a constant support—keeping me regularly updated and ensuring the whole process ran smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michaels Estate Agents.

We purchased our property, 6 years ago, through Michaels and were so impressed with the service when we decided to sell they were the only Estate Agent we contacted. So happy we did. From Cameron, taking photos and doing the initial consultation, Michael compiling the brochure and Lee and Ollie arranging viewings, the service has been first class. However they really come into their own with the fantastic customer service, and support, provided by Nikki.

Nikki is the Sales Progressor. She constantly kept us updated and tirelessly chased agents and solicitors on our behalf. Every call and email we sent was answered the same day. We felt we always knew what was happening, which is so important, especially due to the complications further down the chain.

To all at Michaels, especially Nikki, we cannot thank you enough for your assistance and kindness during our move. If we move again you can be sure we would come to yourselves. We cannot recommend you highly enough. THANK YOU.
