Its the worst pc and peripheral shop in kolkata, dear readers from kolkata go to Vedant computers(for best experience) or md computer dont fall for the big name thats " MicroCenter" i know you think they gonna be the best to understand your requirements but trust me they are not the real micro centre they are just using the name to trap, they are not connected to USA Micro center please dont trust all they care about the amout you gonna pay them and not whats best for you and once you pay they any kind of money for what you desire they either gonna delay or forget you once you paid them the money cause they only take advance and you have to call them deliberately which they wont pick up and when they call you it doesnt matter if you are busy they gonna blame you for not being on time and gonna charge fines
Please readers be careful because of this scam micro center i have invested 6 lakhs in a single pc build which was not even in the budget and got scammed into buying it cause i myself work for 3d and vfx in films and ads and was in emergency and they were delaying and using excuses like the products are not available

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, IF YOU EVERY BUY YOUR PRODUCT AND HAVE SOME ISSUES WITHIN ITS COMPANY CLAIMED WARRENTY PERIOD AND YOU BOOK, YES BOOK THEIR SO CALLED SERVICE FOR MINIMUM ONE YEAR TO GET YOUR FIRST SERVICE. YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR AT LEAST ONE YEAR TO GET YOUR PRODUCT REPLACED OR TO MAKE IT BETTER THEY WILL TELL YOU TO BUY THE LATEST MORE EXPENSIVE PRODUCT INSTEAD OF YOUR DESIRED PRODUCT AND IF YOU ASK THEM THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT PRODUCT HAS STOPPED SELLING AND GUESS WHAT I STILL HAVENT GOT MY GRAPHICS CARD FOR THE PC BUILD I GOT FROM THIS SCAM MICRO CENTRE KOLKATA

0 customer service. Don't trust this company. They take your money and offer you something else if its not there. It has been 2 weeks and still waiting for my refund.

I had purchased the 32 inch LG Oled monitor from microcenter India and a 27 inch LG oled from mdcomputers on the same day. The one from microcentre has already reached me while the other one is still stuck in shipping after 8 days. Both were for 70k. A great deal in my opinion as the same was available for 3 lacs an year ago

This company uses false advertising to lure customers into purchasing into an offer. Once the money is paid, they send item other than what was advertised. This happened with me. I purchased a combo of Ryzen5 7600 + ASRock B650 Pro Rs on Independence Day sale. The ASRock B650 Pro Rs is an ATX board with 12+8+1 60A power stages, which can support most powerful AMD processors and even heavy overclocking. There was huge delay in dispatch. Even after that when I received the product and opened the package, the motherboard was ASRock B650M Pro Rs, which is a micro-ATX board with much weaker 8+2+1 50A powerstages. When I informed the website, they just started making excuses and the issue has not been resolved even till date. Now I am going to Consumer Court to get this resolved.

Worst Store To buy Computer Components. They Dont Think About Your Need Or When You need. They Took As much As time they want to Deliver Component. I ordered Power Supply from Them and i got that After 20 days. Which is Also Defective Piece or If You ask Them to cancel the order if they can't deliver on time. They dont even do that....
