The sweater we received was much higher quality than we expected from the price. It's heavyweight and made with quality yarn. I definitely will be ordering from them again.

I ordered from Middle of Beyond and entered the correct shipping address at checkout.

The parcel was delivered to a different address. I only got my order because the person who received it contacted me. If they hadn’t, it would have been gone.

I raised this with the company because it’s a clear misdelivery. I wasn’t asking for the item for free. I asked for the £13 shipping cost back, because delivery to the correct address is what I paid for.

Jared's response was essentially:
• “You got it in the end, so nothing happened.”
• “You chose the courier, take it up with them.”
• “We won’t refund shipping.”

No acknowledgement that the delivery address didn’t match the order confirmation. No real attempt to investigate how the address changed. Just a refusal.

The item itself is fine, which is why I’m giving 2 stars, but the handling of a basic delivery issue was really disappointing.

I honestly love this brand. The fit and feel of the flannels is amazing, they're really warm and soft. The cardigan sweaters are super soft and cozy and all the designs are bold and cool. I get tons of compliments on their gear when I wear it. Unique stuff from a small company that is trying out something new. Give them some love.

Do NOT buy their button ups, all the buttons will pop off after 1-2 washes. Super cheap quality.

Great service, ordered 3 separate times for the sale, all dispatched quick and all arrived. Great quality also, top tier. Highly recommend and will use again.

This website has the worst customers support. I ordered a gift for my son in November to have for Christmas. I gave it to my son and it was too small. I asked Jared for an exchange and he said his return policy was 7 days. My bad for not checking that, but what a horrible policy to have for the holidays . He refused to exchange it for a larger size saying the size was no longer available and refused to swap it for something else. Mind you, this was expensive. Never again!

The buttons came off after one wash. I payed a lot of money for these and they are essentially unwearable now.

My son showed me some merch he wanted from Middle of Beyond, and of course I was a little leery, not having heard of the company. However, our first order arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and I was very impressed with the quality of the items!! The sizing charts have all been accurate, and we’ve already ordered a second time (couldn’t pass up the awesome sale!). Very pleased with purchase!!

I ordered my husband the Suspiria jacket. It was expensive at 129 plus shipping but oh my gosh - it’s worth every penny. They honestly didn’t have to go that hard on quality and design. Shipped super fast and were heckin’ pleased as punch.

I ordered a Misfits jacket with sherpa collar. It is really good quality, and the size chart was spot on. I'm a big guy so it is hard to find stuff that fits me well sometimes and it fit like a charm. Thumbs up MoB!

Do not buy from this company. The owner / operator Jared is not a good or fair person. He gave false information to make a sale, and then chose not exchange a sweater that fit horribly, even though he assured me he would exchange or refund. Poor quality, fits like a dress, don’t waste your money, not a good product!

We bought 2 cardigans (Loch Ness Monster and Krampus themed) and they both arrived within 2 weeks of the order from the US to the UK. We are really pleased with the purchases, quality and speed of delivery. Tracking was accurate and reliable. Will be looking to buy again.

The flannels are expensive and I've had the buttons fall off on 5 of them already.

Ho acquistato 2 camice una con slimer dei ghostbusters e una dei devo, materiale e fattura ottima, venivano 55$ ciascuna ma cera uno sconto di 22$ sul totale, di spedizione ho pagato 29,98$ in linea con le altre spedizioni dagli usa in italia, hanno spedito velocemente (il 31 gennaio) e son arrivate oggi (il 15 febbraio) dagli usa è ottimo di solito ci vuole un mese, li consiglio farò altri acquisti da loro

Phenomenal customer service. Forgot to add an item and they combined it and refunded the shipping ASAP even during busy month. Will update review when I receive products but this brand already has a good rep in my mind.
