Wonky wood.. ordered Monday delivered following week Tuesday.. delivery stated 2-4 days. Spoke to a nice man on Saturday morning who said it was loaded on the Friday..but would be delivered Mon or Tuesday...
It arrived absolutely soaking wet covered in sawdust and too many pieces 2-4inchs big, the amount of sawdust was ridiculous. I have had to dry store in my garage to let it dry out which will take a while, in the mean time I have had to order another bag from elsewhere as it's to wet to burn.
I am disappointed as other reviews gave positive feedback...
Would I order from them again? Unsure as unable to check the burn..

Due to no reply what so ever...I was being generous with 3, as the wetness of the wood would have been caused by the delivery company as it was loaded on the Thursday or Friday and left out in the pouring rain with no cover, I would presume...
Shame, as I always give pretty good reviews when deserved...

Wood arrived soaking wet, unable to burn it. Disappointing

Real easy company to order from. Competitive prices, delivery quick and easy, you get to choose when. Definitely use again. Local companies want to charge for delivery these guys free even though hundreds of miles away 👌

Delivered on time and full bags
One bag full of decent sized logs - some will need to be cut to size.
The other was smaller offcuts but still adequate for the log burner- wood was covered in sawdust which will need to be cleaned before coming indoors
Overall good firewood

Ordered two bags of wonky wood online and then emailed Midlands Firewood, Chloe emailed us straight back on the Sunday which we were impressed with and helped with our delivery.
The wood arrived as promised on the date we chose, it’s now in our log store keeping dry.
We have used the wood and must say the heat is fabulous, warm and cosy. We have an open plan living room and the heat upstairs is brilliant, just what we wanted.
Will for sure be ordering again and we would highly recommend wonky logs from Midlands Firewood.

delivery times all wrong,promises not kept but the worse thing is that the wood was wet not damp really wet

PAD was great.
After sales, not so much.
Due to technical fault at my end, I lost the order confirmation, so I wrote and asked for a copy, and am still waiting. Not a huge issue but it tainted the experience.

Delivery turned up on time which was great. The wood is mostly all wet and covered in soggy saw dust, total nightmare. None of it will burn, total disaster.

The wood was as advertised reasonable value, lots of very large and very small cutoffs. The larger pieces will need a chainsaw, or large chop saw this could be made clearer in advert, but otherwise happy.
