Terrible company, avoid

Ordered with priority delivery, after 2 weeks no ear buds no customer support, no way to contact MIFO for information. Having to go through my bank to get a refund.

Unable to contact Customer Services

It was apparent that my new earbuds were defective on the first day that I tried them. I immediately tried to contact the company but this is impossible. The email address that they tell you to use is a ‘no reply’ email address. There website states to utilise the chat button at the bottom of the page but there is no chat button!! Reverted to trying to find a route on the web and found a support email address and have tried on numerous occasions to contact them without response. I have had to go back to my credit card supplier for support. I would not use this company.

I had a great experience with Mifo's customer care. They were quick to respond to my query. They were quick to respond to my query. They provided clear instructions to resolve my delivery issue. I am impressed by professional behavior and how they make sure I was satisfied with the solution.

Disappointing Product and Terrible Customer Service.



I purchased Mifo earbuds 2024 with high expectations, but unfortunately, it failed to meet even basic standards. After low sound and connectivity issues , I followed all the company’s refund criteria to the letter, including making a video of the product (earbuds lasted only 4 days with me before filing within the return window, and providing proof of purchase.

Despite this, the company refused to process my refund. When I attempted to contact customer service to clarify, my inquiries were ignored or dismissed outright.

This experience has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. Not only was the product a disappointment, but the lack of accountability and support from the company shows they do not care about customer satisfaction.

I cannot recommend this product or company to anyone. Proceed with caution if you choose to purchase from them.

Being ghosted by this company - AVOID

Being ghosted by this company. Bought two wireless headphones during the black Friday sales, but want to return them. They are not responding to emails, and having dug deeper, have no other method of communication available. They mention a chat bubble on their website which is not there, and they are not on any socials. Scam company, avoid at all costs. And the sad thing in, the product, which is alright tbh doesn't even get a mention because the customer service is do dire. And illegal.

Bought a pair of earbuds and they were…

Bought a pair of earbuds and they were delivered to the wrong address. Contacted customer service and told them I have been the the house 4 times! They just sent a generic response that was no help whatsoever.
I've sent 2 emails since and had no reply. I am currently going through my bank issuing a charge back.
Would not recommend!

I ordered the Mifo height-adjustable tripod, and I am extremely impressed. The build quality is solid, and it's so easy to adjust the height to suit my needs. Great for both photography and videography. A real bargain for the price!
