Simple and to the point
Clean interface, can use multiple domains, and just awsome. Been using for a few years.

Clean interface, can use multiple domains, and just awsome. Been using for a few years.
I have been using Migadu for a few years as my main email provider. Worked perfectly. Very few issues with short downtime couple of times. I strongly recommend Migadu. But you need to have your own domain and be prepared to configure DNS records. It will provide just standard compliant email, no extra bloat. Perfect.
Migadu service is a joke.
I opened a mail box which I got maybe 1-2 mails a week. After 6 months I decided to answer one of the mails I got, very short mail saying I'm not the buisness, and few seconds after I got a message that my account is suspended !! Be careful with that sh!t. Soon i'm out. pitty I paid for the whole year for them
The instructions how it works or how to set up are not clear. After 6 weeks trying , I did still not have a good working system . The support given by them is not clear, and minimalistic. Today I cancelled my contract, and not surprisingly they are not willing to pay any money back. Almost every one else is better.
They provide good, reliable, relatively affordable service. Support is sufficient, and I highly appreciate the attitude towards running a business which is user centric.
That said, after two years of using them I have decided to switch to another provider. I have started using delta chat and 20 outgoing emails a day is just not enough (especially when sharing with my family). While I could upgrade to a higher tier plan, I would pretty much need at least the $100/yr plan and possibly $300/yr plan to keep up with my usage which is... too expensive. I am currently trying out purelymail and if that doesn't work out I'm going to try mxroute.
Realistically though, if you're a person with a lot of inboxes and not a lot of mail. This service is perfect. It's reliable and works great.
I've been with Migadu for a few months now having moved from a full-on webhosting with email hosting provider following ridiculous price increases.
I tried a number of "competitors" but Migadu seemed to tick all the boxes. Some had great functionality such as email masking but my key requirement following a stable environment was:
1. A number of email accounts (6 - ideally unlimited)
2. Unlimited aliases. This one is key as I register every web, store, anything else to their own individual email address @domain.com. This helps control where emails go following redirect rules, identify any spammers/selling info and so on.
3. Using any client (Outlook in Windows, Mail on Android etc)
Most I found either had limited aliases even if it was several 100 (I'm on circa 400 now!) or required their own client and so on.
And so far, I've had nothing but good things to say. No downtime at all, everything just works and its simple - Previous webhost even for email was just too chaotic in terms of settings/functionality/control panel.
Not much else to say - keep up the good work!
I should note, I needed to contact their team pre and post sale (support post sale). In both cases, I had answers back fairly quickly but more importantly, answers were full, easy to understand and to the point - none of this automated rubbish in the world we live in!
I've been using Migadu for me emails for the last 18 months. It's an especially great service if you need accounts on multiple domains under one space. The control panel isn't as 'flash' as some services - and that's a good thing! Everything is easy to find and configure.
Great for individual vanity domain hosting!
I host email for myself and a few close friends and family members, and migadu's strategy by billing for allowed traffic, works really well for me. The web user interface for administration is really nice and the webmail interface is usable, although I prefer Thunderbird any day.
Migadu is the best option for very specific types of users and they are upfront about this, with very blunt conversation of what they think is important on their webpage. The service they offer is a very traditional form of email, without encryption schemes or fancy integration as you will find with other email providers. You'll know migadu is right for you if you stumble upon their service and get the feeling that this is what has been missing from other offerings.
While I have only been using these guys for a few days, so far, the experience has been wholly positive. There are a few nuances you may not be familiar with but I have found the interface straightforward to use and clean. A pleasing design for sure. I'm currently on the free trial which is limited to sending ten mails per day but for my uses, this is fine. Delivery can sometimes take a minute or so but this is offset by the rest on offer. As somebody who was using Sendgrid for many years, I can definitely recommend Midagu to replace it.
I've used this service for hosting email boxes for several domains I own. It's an excellent and reliable service. The only issue I have is that when I get an email that I need quickly (verification code, etc), it takes, sometimes several minutes to arrive.
