I purchased a DIY pack for a Fiance Visa by February 2024and it has been incredibly helpful. It has a very detailed information for us to prepare all the documents we need. There was few things I was unclear about but Jason was very responsive and answered my questions. I applied for a partner visa for my unmarried partner through Migrate using the self-service pack, on recommendation from a friend.

The pack was super helpful and straightforward to use, allowing us to tick off the document gathering process (which can be a little painful) and leverage the templates to save time and de-risk the process (i.e., make sure we abide by the fine print of what to say). All good there.

What really differentiated Migrate was Jason's fantastic customer service, which went above and beyond. He was always really responsive to us . He answered all the questions we had with a lot of patience (some of them were quite specific and theoretical) and very helpful and clear answers that allowed us to make some important judgement calls along the way.

Once we submitted the visa app we got a positive response from the government within a few hours - so it goes to show we were well prepared.
