While looking for information about how to apply for a Fiance Visa, we stumbled upon Migrate's website which instantly stood out. There was so much information written in detail and in a way that is simple to understand. Jason also explains these guides in video form on YouTube which we also found to be very helpful! - After answering a questionnaire we were given a client care letter which clearly stated who would take on each role in our case and what was expected of us and of the team at Migrate
- Shortly after agreeing to the terms on the letter, we received a document checklist from Matthew in a very simple format, stating each of the documents that we needed to provide
- Ed was very helpful, promptly answering any questions we had from the beginning all throughout, and even after we got the visa.
- We shared the documents on dropbox where they were reviewed and then once this was done, Ed submitted the online application form and booked the biometrics appointment at the Visa Application Centre while on the phone. It was done much quicker than we anticipated.
- Once a decision was made, it was forwarded to us by Wendy who let us know that we could collect the passport.

Our full legal representation experience with Migrate was very stress-free, exactly what we had hoped for, and we had to do nothing other than provide the documents required and then wait for a decision.

Couldnt recommended the DIY package any more! It walks you through exactly what is required and how you need to get it. I can safely state I would not have been able to get a visa for my wife without this pacakage. There are so many requirments and documents that have to be completed that are not stated on the goverment website. All communication with the Migrate advisors was greatly knowledgeable and timely.
