I highly recommend Richard! I contacted him by chance really as I had seen a similar property marketed by Miles Byron and I was looking for a valuation. I cannot fault him or his exceptional service. Even being one of the more lower-priced properties on the market, Richard had my property on his website+Rightmove by the next day and sold SSTC by the end of the week. He’s a lovely guy and great at what he does. His many awards this year speak for themselves! Thanks again Richard.

I've not long completed the sale of my property with Rich at Miles Byron. The service I received was second to none, Rich is a great professional, he constantly kept in touch and ensured I was informed at every step. Even post completion, Rich checked in to see how I was settling in and he was receptive when tasked with additional questions. We had a great experience with Richard as the agent for our first home purchase. He facilitated multiple meetings and surveys etc with the sellers, nothing was ever too much of an ask. Most importantly he always kept us updated, even if no progress was made in the early stages, he did a check in call with me every few days. Sadly we had some unexpected delays on our side, but he never made us feel like we were at fault although the sellers were clearly frustrated. Richard is very knowledgeable, genuine and was always contactable. Nothing was too much trouble. There was no missed promises and as there was no contract I was not ‘tied in’ so everything felt very flexible. I would highly recommend Miles Byron.

I have recently bought a home from Richard in Swindon. I found him very professional and easy to contact throughout the buying process. He was available all the time , night or day or weekends for any questions. I have been looking for a home for more than a year and wanted to move before a set date giving less than 2 months from start to finish. I was not sure that I would be able to complete on time but Richard did make that happen. I used his recommended solicitor and mortgage advisor who both were again excellent and I didnt have any issues at all in dealing with them. Richard even went beyond his routine work to arrange a plumber quote for which I was struggling and resolved the issue with the seller on time. I am very pleased with the whole buying journey and highly recommend Richard.

Had a fantastic experience working with Richard on a recent house purchase. He's extremely knowledgeable and experienced, he's affable but professional, he was helpful far above and beyond what was required. I viewed four houses before I met Richard from Miles Byron and in each house the estate agent gave me a full tour; now the houses I am viewing are not mansions; more like 2 up/2 down so to have someone say, “here’s the bedroom”, etc was infuriating and with a complete stranger tagging along for the tour you can’t quite get a “feel” of could this be your home or not.
Richard however, had a different approach and was brilliant from the start.
I had been looking at a house on Rightmove for quite some time but thought it was outside my league but then all of a sudden things changed. I spoke to Richard and booked a viewing; now this viewing was so different; he didn’t do a guided tour, he let my friends and I explore and stayed out the way and then we rejoined and answered any questions we had.
I knew I had found my dream home and didn’t even make it home before putting an offer in.
Richard very quickly responded and within 48hours my offer had been accepted!
Now my solicitors throughout this buying process have caused HUGE stress but anytime I had problems Richard advised/chased solicitors and I have really felt Richard’s support throughout this buying process.

We were purchasing a house through Richard at Miles Byron that unfortunately did not go ahead due to no fault of his.

Throughout the whole process however he was very quick to respond and got us in for a viewing straight away. He knew the Anwser to every question we had at the property and was very knowledgeable about the house and area. He always Kept us update and was very professional and understanding through the highs and the lows. From having worked in the industry we were very disappointed by many local agents however richard regained our faith!
