My wife and I looked to book two holidays with a few options. Suzanne in Bath delt with our queries cheerfully and promptly, despite the many questions and refinements. In her absence other staff checked on our decision making. All together a pleasant experience.

We'd been looking at doing a fjord cruise for my wife's special birthday. Saw Miles Morgan ad on tv and wanted to go in and speak to the experts in cruise travel. So glad we did. Have never done an ocean cruise before but Suzanne was so helpful with our queries and so knowledgeable as she went on one last year. Just what we wanted with personal touch. Thank you Suzanne.

We have never been on a cruise before so decided to look at short trips. We had a great experience at Miles Morgan right from when we walked in the door. We were given lots of information and advice at the Bath branch and there was no pressure at all to book.
Having taken the information away we then decided to book a 5 night cruise around northern France. Everything has been done for us(apart from paying!). We would thoroughly recommend Miles Morgan and we are looking forward to our first cruise.
