Had knowledge of location looking to travel to. Spent time with us and never tried to rush us out. Found bargains and suggested hotels and locations we would never have thought of, including what other guests had chosen/looked at

Sam was very knowledgeable, knew her subject, was able to answer all my questions, was patient, and understood my needs.
If I had got the price I wanted there would of been the extra star.

We had a great session with Sam Beavan. She took our basic ideas of destination and dates to create a package tailored to our needs. It did take some time but she was very patient and nothing was too much trouble. We were impressed with her practical approach and cheerful manner. Great face to face service and much appreciated.

I've been using MM since Sam managed to get me flights to Oz in 2021.....I've booked numerous trips/holidays. Just off to Hurghada next week and booked tickets for Oz again. Nothing is too much trouble and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The travel agent, Stacey, was knowledgeable, informative and she understood our tentative plans very well.

We have in the past booked "short break" holidays doing it ourselves. (Normally by rail). As we were travelling by air we decided to call in to Miles Morgan to explore our options. Caroline from your Cheltenham branch was very helpful, listened and came up with a good flight and hotel package for us.

Stacey has been amazing, helping us to book an amazing trip to South Africa next year.
Nothing has been too much trouble and she’s put up with us changing our minds on dates and destinations several times.
Stacey has worked hard to find us what we think will be a fantastic holiday.

We had an idea to visit Canada, but due to the size of the country were so unsure how to do it, until we met Caroline at your agency at Waitrose in Cheltenham.
Caroline was able to guide and advise us, due to her experiences in Canada, so professionally, but also, so empathetically and understandingly. No question was considered silly or mundane and we felt so at ease with Caroline everything just fell into place.
Caroline has and is still communicating with us, making sure everything is how we would like it to be.

Our first ever cruise and Sam explained everything and all our options and costs clearly so that we could decide on which cruises to consider. There was so much to take in and any questions were answered fully and concisely. Gave us so much confidence without a sales pitch. We booked next day.

We had an amazing experience with a Sibyl Brandon-Jones at Miles Morgan, Cheltenham. Sibyl successfully managed to seamlessly link 2 x 14 night Package holidays with Jet2. One in Mainland Spain and one in Mallorca. Given the difficulties, she made us feel at ease and comfortable. Would recommend to friends and family.

Sybil was very friendly and helpful and it helped that when I did the booking she had been to the destination as was able to recommend hotel, trips etc.
