All perfect except price, which was not in the control of MIles Morgan Travel.
As a newcomer in the area I had asked around for a good firm and this was the one given. I was very pleased by the service provided by Natalie Catmore, which was rapid, efficient and friendly. The price was disappointing but since I was booking a flight and in the light of recent news about the Straits of Hormuz and the effect upon jet fuel prices this was not really surprising.

Excellent service from all staff.
I have used Miles Morgan in Chippenham now for 3 years and I get excellent service, not only from booking our holiday but continued assistance with all aspects of both journeys down to the last details. Always extremely helpful. Fully recommend to use them.

Good product knowledge and friendly
Once again we spoke to Natalie and as before we found her to be friendly and open. She gave advice and her own experiences (when asked). Natalie is always very open, friendly and engaging and sends through paperwork as promised. Happy to return and book another holiday.

Natalie in the Chippenham branch is great!
We use Natalie in the Chippenham branch for all our cruise bookings. We could book direct online ourselves however we have peace of mind booking with Natalie knowing she will answer any of our questions. We also enjoy the experience going into the shop and discussing our plans.
