Helpful but not pushy.
nch looking for a rail holiday, especially Switzerland.
Suzanne suggested 2 companies and we picked GRJ.
WE were given a great deal of info from her screen, but she did not push us in any direction. When we decided one holiday suited us, Suzanne pointed out some details on mobility and said that our hotels would be informed of our dietary requirements . We went home to make a decision and phoned back to confirm. Suzanne also secured us return rail tkts from home to London at a very good price.... further details came by email.

I had 2 travel advisors assist me with my latest booking. Greece, island hopping.
Their experience shines thru, they use their initiative, find out what you want, not necessarily what you think you want.

We decided at late notice to book a…
We decided at late notice to book a particular holiday, phoned Suzanne the agent who started the procedure prior to visiting the shop. She already had our details from a previous booking so when I arrived it was just a case of confirming details and paying. So easy and efficient. We can all easily book on line but we like the security of getting it done with an expert to avoid any mistakes.
