Fantastic service from the Gloucester branch
We visited the Gloucester shop with very rough plans for two special occasion holidays next year. Conor was able to help us tailor both. Working with the suppliers to suggest appropriate hotels as well as alternative options. We had two follow up meetings to fine tune the travel plans. Thanks Conor!

Connor was expecting a call, but he made time to speak to me, then, when the call came, I said I would wait. At first, he was prepared to give me more time, but I then moved to Jessica, who was equally as good as Connor.

From the moment we walked in till the moment we left, the service we received was first class from Conor. Nothing was to much trouble and he was very patient taking us through all the options we were looking at and helping to put a holiday package together that was absolutely perfect for us.
