Excellent customer service
We were welcomed into the shop by a friendly salesperson. She gave us information to take away so we could make a considered choice. When we returned she answered all our queries (luckily she had done the same cruise a few months previously). The booking process was all very smooth. We felt that we were being treated as a valued customer, despite the fact that this was the first time we had booked with Miles Morgan.
