Friendly efficient helpful service, nothing is too much trouble, always happy to help.
The only reason it's not 5 stars was the trouble I had paying through the links, neither the bacs or card payment links would work meaning having to travel to Taunton to pay, not the colleagues fault by anymeans but frustrating.

They are really helpful and dont try to push you into upgrading or spending more. They listern to your requirements and act accordingly. Tha assistant tried to get me a discount but nothing was available.
Everything was very professional.
I was a bit dissapointed that no discount was available as we booked 12 months in advance and had just come back from the same resort.

This is the first time we have booked a holiday with Miles Morgan. Brittany was a pleasure to deal with managing to secure our holiday at a special price even though she had to make quite lengthy calls, we had a coffee brought to us and the whole process offered great customer service.

Great service and a very knowledgeable and patient member of staff.
As I entered the shop Fiona, your assistant engaged with me immediately with a broad smile. She was patient and knowledgeable and we booked a great holiday. We were offered tea and coffee also which was a very helpful addition. The whole process was straightforward.
