Always very pleasant, helpful and nothing too much trouble.

Emilie was great to work with. Very helpful and efficient.

Visited the Wells shop two days ago. Very disappointed. Very noisy, could hardly hear with all the loud conversations.... not all with other clients, mostly staff chatting to each other. The acoustics are bad. Staff shoes click loudly on the wooden floor. Was served by a young lady who seemed to be very nervous and unsure. Found out later she is an "apprentice", so not her fault....she was not monitored or helped by any other staff member. Left after 30 minutes fully expecting promised email with details. 48 hours later ... nothing! Not like previous visit when service was superb. A lady called Margaret was there then, but understand she has retired. Great pity as the branch is nothing like it used to be. Having heard nothing after 48 hours we have used another agency......and had our holiday cruise, flights and hotel all sorted and paid for in less than an hour.

Jo Alexander was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff are very professional and also very patient and helpful.

Emilie has been very helpful. What she does not know she finds out and confirms everything with an email. She gave us her undivided attention and made useful suggestions. We never felt rushed and she has kept us informed of the next steps and what we have to have in order for us to travel. The agency in Wells came highly recommended and we were not disappointed.

We went into Miles Morgan as just passing. Emilie gave us different last minute holiday options, we were given time to decide which holiday to take, she had lots of knowledge of the area we decided to book, which helped us choose the one we chose.

I have never been on a cruise before and as I'm going with my 12year old granddaughter, I was a little nervous. The staff were really helpful and I didn't feel stupid asking questions. They made the booking really easy.

Miles Morgan travel Wells staff are away so helpful and knowledgeable nothing is any trouble getting your holiday sorted.

Excellent experience as always. Andrea is professional and efficient, she listens to what we want and helps with our choices.
