The Mortgage Advisor Lewis Bates, working for Miles Rhodes, was very helpful in every step on the process of buying a house. Even after the purchase and the completion date, he was still available for me when needed help.

As first-time buyers, we spoke to a few mortgage brokers before finding Nicky, and she truly stood out. From our very first conversation, she made a complicated process feel clear, manageable and far less daunting.

Nicky is incredibly knowledgeable and found us a much better mortgage deal than we were able to find ourselves. She was always available to answer our questions, responded quickly, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. Her support gave us real confidence in the decisions we were making.

My situation was a little complicated due to credit problems and lack of time but Nicky persisted and found me the best deal possible with my best interests at heart and then 2 months and 1 week later, I am now on the property ladder. Having that security was such a huge weight off my shoulder as a single parent. Can't thank Nicky enough or the legal team.
