Great power washer, works well, nice and powerful.
My only quibble is assembly instructions are not detailed enough or specific to the model we received. Luckily my son in law has a logical brain.

Advice on the particular oil needed or equivalent would also be a benefit as it's very specific in manual and hard to find.

Easy to order and quick delivery. Christmas present so can't comment on product.

I needed a new petrol pressure washer and came across Miller & Mason with a simple Google search. I liked what I saw, so made a purchase. It arrived within 2 working days and I’m super pleased with the product. A partial build out of the box took me 20 minutes and when fuelled and oil added, it started 1st pull and worked flawlessly. My only minor gripe is that it didn’t come with any oil, it only needs 500ml so it’s not too much to ask, but I reckon it may be a shipping thing!! Overall though I’m really pleased with everything and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

The instructions are shocking. Having worked out how to put the thing together I am still not sure whether to put Petrol in it and risk starting it. The red plastic round thing, it says to put on the engine but not sure if it is to stay on while using the washer or should take it off, once the oil is in.

Great price up to £100 cheaper than other outlets, fast free delivery, and although I haven’t used it yet it looks like a great well made product.

Very good product Very powerful and a better one than what I had before.

So far every thing is ok , i have no got it yet , but when i do get it and try it out if all goes will great have to wait till i get it then see if all works well

Simple to order and speedy delivery. Quality product

Ordering process was straight forward, delivered within 2days. Feels well built for for the perpos, easy to use, no effort at all to change the different spray heads, comes with rubber wheels with help when move the machin around as theirs was weight to it. The machine itself is great the only note worthy of comment "it does not come with other attachments, which are included with other brands on the market

Avoid their pressure washers at all cost. Poor quality brass fittings and worse customer service I’ve ever come across
