Emailed with what I thought was a problem until I realised the settings on the nozzle , Received a very nice reply from AVA re my query the following day and all is good , Love the pressure washer had 3 Karcher before the most they lasted was 3 years , AVA has everything you need in a pressure washer.

Made a warranty claim on a power washer and within the day the part was sent that was requested. Unfortunately this didn’t work and another part was required. This was also sent out immediately and the power washer was working in a week! Excellent customer service and very professional responses from the CSA’s

I think your service is good and you…
I think your service is good and you reply in good time and resolve queries I have had. However, I don't rate your P80, I have a leak from the hose and it makes a squeaking noise when it's running. After owning this for 18 months and probably gets used for 2 hours every 2 weeks it hasn't stood up tp the test like my karcher that last 8 years.
I do feel that this is on its way out, but hoping it lasts a little longer

Great company to work with, and I am very pleased with the P70 — it’s much better than my Karcher. I especially love the wind-up hose and lead features.

In the uk if you charge vat then you have to issue a vat receipt. All i have got is a shopify order confirmation and wasted 20 mins of my life with one of there infuriating chat bots! if your buy an item from them as a business be warned!!

Excellent response time, less than an hour, addressing a problem with the casing. Rachel immediately arranged for a replacement and sent me a link to the instructions on how to fit the new part which is already ordered. Excellent customer service, cannot fault AVA.

P70 evolution giga set pressure washer
I ordered a giga set pressure washer and an item was missing from the delivery. I contacted customer support and quickly got a response from them that the item would be sent out. Which it indeed was I received it the next morning so couldn't ask for a better service.
