The worse company that I have ever purchased anything from online. They do not stand behind their product, they took over a month to ship the product, the advertised size of US mens large, 34"-36" was actually a 26" waste item. They buy from china, ship to Illinois then it is forwarded to you. They require return shipping back to China instead of Illinois. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Scammers at Mozaics Ltd
The scammers at Mozaics who have ruined the clothing industry for middle-aged women in Australia should be in jail!! They have absolutely decimated all our clothing stores by being greedy and taking over about ten brands (including Millers) and then running them into the ground and closing down all the stores!!!. They still owe millions of dollars to the people who make these clothes living in Bangladesh too! Shame on them!! The CEO’s should be in jail!
I ordered clothes from Millers Online Closing Down sale.
I ordered clothes from the online sale this year before they were due to be closed down. I browsed over the clothes for a good 2 and a half hours carefully selecting items. The site was very professional and as they were saying some items were sold out I had no reason to believe they were scammers. My thought's were surely if they were a scam site they wouldn't be saying any of the garments were sold out because that way they would rake more money in. I had purchased many garments from one of their shops over the year's and been satisfied, I knew they were closing down and would likely want to get rid of a lot of unwanted stock. I must admit I had no idea they were based in China or I would have not ordered from them at all. Weeks later they have not arrived and I have been scammed. I will never buy from any online store that is closing down again where there is no way of tracking items or contacting them. A good lesson learned.

THERE ARE NOT CANADIAN. They are in China, the whole thing is a scam and BEWARE do not order anything. The quality is horrible and the customer service is a sham. If you order it there is no way to exchange or return it, you are stuck with it. If you order you will regret it, I did. I usually check out reviews but because it said it was Canadian I felt I didn't have to.

company's quality is embarrassing they say their jacket is worth $180 we can have it for 50% off it's not even worth 10 bucks their jacket is made of her hoodie material it's too thin they expect you to pay shipping costs to return they hide their policies and find print... they will do anything to avoid you giving a bad review they only offered me $17 to keep an $85 jacket that was made out of hoodie material and poor quality

A lady I support who has a disability and shops at Miller's regularly on the Gold Coast purchased some clothing in late October. We went back to exchange the clothing on 28/10/24 as the sizing was wrong. She couldn't find anything suitable so we asked for a credit. They gave her a gift card for $70. Going in this week we were told that of 28/10/24 the company has said she has to purchase $70 of her money to be able to use the $70 credit on the gift card. This is bs !! Contacted head office who won't back down. They are in administration so who knows?

I too wish that I had read the reviews for this company. I placed an order for a vest yesterday and I inadvertently ordered 2 vests, I tried to make contact with Miller’s thru many emails as they don’t publish a phone number and they would not respond.
Today they tell me that both items are ready to be shipped. Impossible to make contact with this company , they do not respond. Not a reputable company. I will be in contact with my bank for further action

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered shoes in my normal size and their sizing is wrong. I had briefly looked and saw that there was a guarantee.. They make returning the item costly (at MY expense) but have said I can keep the shoes and they will reimburse me 20%.. Obviously they don't even want the shoes back, VERY unsatisfactory.

Faulty labeled size on pnts
Brought 2 pairs of pants from the shelf at the bairnsdale store. The paints were labeled with the incorrect size. I went back and compared them to other pairs and showed the attendant that they were indeed faulty.. I was abruptly told to stop talking. Another attendant stated that I must have put on weight.
I demanded they exchange them with pairs the correct size. After 3 trips to the store they gave me a credit note that was faulty and would not work.
sizes not consistant and return policy costly
Ordered 2 jumpers online in M size which I have hd form them before . paid $12.95 postage. One is great , the other is far too big. Contacted them via email about return to the closest store (10k away) and as paid via paypal I have to send it back to the warehouse and the only option is $15 freight. so dont rely on the returns policy and sizes vary considerably although marked the same size

Wish I had looked at reviews before buying. My local store shut shop. I had just purchased items a few days ago online and other than purchase confirmation via PayPal I did not receive any acknowledgment from Millers. I checked my account after 3 days and thought that order would be dispatched by now. I went to send email but the order number wasn’t accepted saying it was wrong even when copy and pasting. The following day got notification from Aus Post for delivery but nothing from Millers to say order was fulfilled.
Shoppers bags
I purchased three items today at West city branch. It was my first time purchasing in the store. I asked for a shoppers bag which I could pay for , the attendant then told me that they don't offer any bags. It was a little disappointing and disturbing at the same time walking out of a store with clothes in my arms . The sad part is there was no offer of assistance.

If KMart & The Warehouse can provide excellent tracking info & updates on orders, why can’t this lot. Truly pathetic, avoid!
