A little history...Mill Timber Direct was established as a sawmill outlet store in 2016 in Croespenmaen near Crumlin in South Wales. In 2023, the store was re-modelled as a Mon Timber branch, to introduce new products and services offered by timber specialists Mon Timber (already well-established in Newport and Cardiff), to the local Crumlin and Valleys area. Our Crumlin branch is still located right next door to a sawmill, so we can supply timber directly from the mill.
Mill Timber Direct is now the online store for Mon Timber and with branches in Cardiff, Crumlin and Newport we can deliver across South Wales, the South West of England and nationally across the U.K.
Open to both trade and the public we supply a range of high quality timber and building materials:

Exceptional service
I cannot recommend this company enough. I needed some of the timber in my order quickly and they split the delivery and rushed it for me, the customer service rep Laurie was fast and so helpful, and the delivery driver brought all of the timber into my garden for me because there was no way I was lifting it myself! Incredible quality too for the price. Will definitely be using again.

Provide a good customer experience
I placed my order online but the delivery I was given was later than I expected. I phoned the Cardiff depot and I spoke with Tom who was very friendly, explaining that one item of the order needed to be transported from another depot leading to thedelay. However, he was very reassuring and managed to provide an earlier delivery. The delivery driver was really helpful making the delivery stress free. A great company to deal with providing a very efficent and pleasant experience
