Mimi and Lula Opiniones 

I contacted Mimi and Lula after receiving my order due to several issues. These included postage and delivery issues and
Missing items within my order. Despite contacting them at the weekend they replied extremely quickly and gave me reassurance that they would help out the issues right. In no more than 24hrs I have received refund for the missing items and the incorrect postage. I was extremely impressed by the cutomer service I recieved.

Quick customer support! Very helpful and responsive.. rare these days!

The original package (Birthday present), delivered to my daughter in another part of the country, contained a damaged item. Due to personal circumstances it would have been difficult for her to send back straight away and get a replacement in time. The team responded brilliantly and very quickly, sending a new, well-packed item at once by express post, ensuring it arrived in time. We are very pleased and grateful for this excellent level of service. And the item is superb !

Beautiful products. Accidentally sent me the wrong item. But sorted it and replacement sent quickly with no fuss.

Such gorgeous items always well made and even nicer in person than in the pictures on the website. My favourite place to buy hair bits for the kids. The customer service is really good as well and the postage is quick.

The products are great - can’t find anything cuter elsewhere. I appreciate the price pints is a little high so can’t shop everyday, but my go to for special occasions.
And wonderful customer service. I’ve contacted them twice, once for a stock query and once for a delayed parcel, and both times they have been incredibly polite and helpful. Can’t ask for more! Will definitely remain a loyal customer.

Lovely items I received. Beautiful and delicate for my little niece. She will love them. There was a little mix up with delivery but Mimi&Lula sorted so well and quickly, fantastic costumer service.

I just want to say what beautiful items I have purchased for my granddaughters from Mimi and Lula. My granddaughters love everything that I have purchased from them, they are excellent quality and so different from what is available on the high street. They have magical and seasonal themes including hair accessories, bags, jewellery boxes and dressing up clothes. Recently I reached out to them for support following an order I had made, there customer support was excellent. They were extremely quick to respond and I have to say the error was down to me and it was sorted promptly. Thank you, I will continue to be a returning happy customer.

bought a horse bag for my granddaughters birthday. she used it once and the hair of the mane started dropping out. i contacted them, they have so far offered only a 50% reduction. I asked for a replacement three days ago have heard nothing since!!i'm very disapointed and wont buy again.

I ordered a cape and tutu in matching material for my 5 year old granddaughter last week. Items arrived quickly and when I opened them I was just blown away by how beautiful they are. They are beautifully made, soft (not ‘scratchy’, colour is gorgeous, packaged in lovely gift bags and honestly I cannot wait to give them to Bonnie! They are adorable and she will love the sparkly pattern on it and will ‘twirl’ around for a long time in them as they are made to fit for a few years with elastic waist and ruched neckline on cape. I wish I was a little girl again!! 😍

I love Mimi and Lulu products and their customer service is excellent. I purchased a gift for my granddaughter online and realised that the message to her had not been included. I contacted them and they responded very quickly and managed to include my message before it was posted. Thanks to Kate and the team.

Prompt response to query. Took time to resolve problem. Went out of way to be helpful. It is rare to receive such excellent customer service. Would definitely use again.

Update - since I wrote below review Mimi and Lula got in touch saying they had seen it and would replace the bag. My child has now happily received the new bag. Thank you Mimi and Lula for resolving the issue and to Trust Pilot for giving a platform to customers to help companies understand they do have a responsibility to their customers.

Lack of responsibility for products -

Have been a customer for many years at Mimi and Lula buying gifts for others as well as my own children.

Sadly the “bunny bag” from the company broke straight away. I understand something must have gone wrong at production but the company took no responsibility for the item.

I offered many times to send the item back to be fixed or swapped myself but the company continued to not want to help or take any responsibility. Will not be purchasing anymore products again.

Items are always dispatched quickly, we’ve always found them be high quality. Service with Jennifer was quick, helpful and resolved an issue very quickly! We will absolutely keep supporting this small business!

The goods that arrived were very cheap and frankly not worth the money.

I ordered on Friday afternoon and my items were delivered to Belfast first thing on Monday morning. The design and quality of the items is great and their customer service was fab. I will definitely be using again
