Best massage I've had.
I had a 60min full body massage and it was by far the most enjoyable and relaxing massage I have ever had. I’ve also been treated by Janine for a 30min head, hand and foot massage which was equally good. Janine is absolutely amazing at what she does! She makes you feel completely comfortable and relaxed. She puts a lot of effort into ensuring the environment is perfect for you to relax in and her massage techniques feel amazing!

I had the pleasure of many mindfulness sessions with Janine on my recent yoga retreat in Croatia.
What a lovely, gentle, soothing and charismatic lady she is.
Janine tailors her sessions to the needs of each person she is with and makes it such a beautiful experience.
I shared this experience with my closest friend who has recently finished her cancer treatment and has held all of her upset and trauma so closely to herself that she has never really spoken about it.
During one of Janines group sessions, my friend became quite emotional and through her tears opened up, speaking to the group about her experience and how it made her feel. It was very moving and Janine was wonderful and comforting.
Janine really puts herself whole heartedly into her meditations and it is impossible not to relax and get carried along on a lovely journey with her.
We cannot wait to see her again and welcome in another beautiful sunrise.

Incredible pregnancy massage experience
I had a pregnancy massage with Janine, which was magical ✨🙌🏼 It truly helped me to relax and feel safe.
This wasn’t like any other massage I’d had before. The whole guided part of mindfulness at the beginning of my session was wonderful. Janine made me feel relaxed and taken care of. I could feel being aligned with my inner self, which was divine.
I’m grateful to Janine for this beautiful experience. And I’d definitely recommend Mindfulness Collection to all pregnant mummies 🥰

I was lucky enough to have both experiences with Janine - a meditation class and a massage. It is a bespoke and unique experience leaving you refreshed and revived. Janine’s voice is incredibly soothing as she takes you through a powerful journey of relaxation, helping you to truly connect with your thoughts and bringing you to a place of tranquility. It is definitely worth treating yourself to a massage and mediation class. You will not be disappointed!

I booked in for a 90 minute mindfulness massage to experience her meditation practises and how this could help me stay present during a treatment - someting I’ve never been able to do before.
We started with the meditation and mindfulness piece - which had surprisingly quite a profound impact on me and I felt really emotional. I also nearly fell asleep. It brought up big shifts in me - which I know is much needed - and I felt quite deep emotions and also a sense of calm and safety.
Once she started her massage - WOW. Janine works very intuitively! Having had the mindfulness section at the start, I, for the first time ever, was truly present for the entire time - which seemed to last hours - not just an hour!! It’s like time stood still.
More interestingly was the next day! I felt massive shifts. I can only describe as a healing crisis - which after a very tough 6 months for me personally, makes a lot of sense!! Since then, Ive noticed my energy is much clearer and I feel lighter!
I massively recommend Janine! She’s so talented and experienced and works in such a deep and transformational way! Thank you Janine!

I left feeling like I was floating on air!
I had my first meditation massage today and I left feeling like I was floating on air! It was lovely just to have some me time and just be. I loved the combo of the mindfulness and massage and will definately recommend it others to give themselves space! Your mind and body will be very grateful :-)

I took an 8-hour meditation class with Janine from The Mindfulness Collection and it was such a pleasant experience.
Although I've meditated before, Janine connected with me in a way no one else has.
She is knowledgeable and passionate about her work, which was evident during the course.
If it were possible, I would give Janine 10 stars. I had an incredible experience, and now I can confidently practice meditation on my own.
