Had a difficult part to find so good in that perspective. Too much packaging when a jiffy bag and first class stamp would have sufficed this would cut down on the postage cost aswell. Price of postage cost more than the part

Emailed to make an enquiry regarding gas injectors as there is no phone number, not sure how long it normally takes to respond but after 2 days of waiting for a reply and still waiting. I’m not impressed.

After spending a lot of time trying to find spare find spare part,I was advised to try Minera, and found they stocked the part.they had the part ,very pleased, job sorted.

Edit as a reply to the response below, you did NOT reply to my email at all regarding the missing parts and have not replied to a subsequent email for 3 more spare parts. I have resent it via your contact us form on the website. Hopefully you can reply to that ?

Very efficient. Helpful staff. I was informed when my product was back in stock a d delivery was within 48 hours. Would certainly recommend.
