My first appliance was faulty and Renew2U immediately upgraded it and in less that a week I was in receipt of a brand new appliance. All communication has been helpful, positive, and prompt.

Ordered my washer dryer and it came fast. More damage than describe but it worked so I was pleased. However it developed a fault in the warranty period.

I have tried contacting them on multiple platforms and using their warranty service, they have not been in contact. I ended up having to get it fixed privately.

The years warrenty is pointless so you are taking a risk.

When I took delivery of the dishwasher, the guys beckoned me into the back of the van, saying, "We'll take it back". Understandable, since it was unboxed, crudely covered in bubblewrap and with the bottom of the door hanging off!
One quick repair later (which didn't need to be beautiful, since it's a built-in model), successfully installed and working perfectly. A fantastic bargain. Thank you, Renew2u!

Cost me money to end up staying at home waiting for a package for over two days and when I arrive the courier was very rude on customer friendly. I asked for letting me just use a story to push it free Jane he was just dragged and left and said he’s not doing it.

This company sells by false advertising. You click on product price showing £198 when you go to next page price changes to £350.

I've bought four items from renew2u and everyone of them works perfectly. Highly recommended the prices are excellent and everything has a 12 months guarantee.
I have collected items and had items delivered within a couple of days customer service is great and when I bought my fridge freezer they changed the doors round before delivery.

I purchased a B rate dishwasher. Wasnt bothered about the visible appearance. Because my house was under construction, I wasn't able to use the machine for a month. When I connected it to finally use it. It wouldn't flush the water out of it. I called for an exchange and there was nothing in the colour I purchased in stock. I was told when Renew2u will receive the dishwasher, I will receive my refund. It has been over three months now and I've tried to call over 50 times in different hours over numerous days and weeks with no answer. I assume this company has closed down and I have lost out on nearly £300.

Possibly the worst company I've dealt with in years. Supplied a faulty unit (it happens). They said they would refund me with 5 days of them collecting it. What I actually received was a partial refund. They left a 7 month pregnant woman with no cooker. Even after this was explained they did nothing.

Renew 2u is an excellent company would recommend this to all who reads this review, there after care service is amazing.

Bought a washing machine which had a fault. Rang RENEW2U and it was replaced straightaway. The replacement is great. I would definitely use this company again.
