Shocking company. Orderd the jelly bras size 36e their size 5xl according to their own size chart and the sent a 4xl a 34e. When I emailedI was offered 2 pounds money back which is a joke. They tried to argue that it was the correct size when I sent photos of the bras and their size chart that came with it from them . Then just ignored me after i said 2 pounds is a joke. Absolutely ridiculous. Definitely avoid at all costs.

Mini-stores is a scam. They provide a tracking number but if you try using that it just comes back with order not found. This is a fake company run by petty criminals. Avoid at all cost

Bras made of flimsy fabric, no support at all. Sizes all disproportionate. Refused to refund me. They said it would cost too much to return the goods to china so I could keep them and offered me £8. What for ? Plant ties ? Then offered £10. Wish I read these reviews first.
Absolute shambles of a company. Total scammers.

Wow - wish I knew who I was buying from and read the reviews first. Again like many others Facebook advert. Thinking it was the real thing - USA company and tracking info from USA. Wow I was so wrong 3 bras bought, cheap material foam insert no support and nowhere near the size guide. Cheap card with fuzzy text on - fake copy of the real company. Packaging from China with Temu style QR codes on bags. Harged incorrectly at first -noticed and was refunded the extra amount. Long wait for shipping. Once arrived and I saw I was disappointed in myself for being scammed! Emailed the company and informed they don’t do returns offered me £4 compensation 😡 £23.98 I paid quoted consumer rights and cooling off period but no if I want a refund I need to send to their China warehouse. Absolutely not! My contract is with them. I’ve ended up reporting to my bank for a refund

Scammers, do not use, if you want to chance it pay by PayPal and you get your money back when you get scammed.

A classic non-dlivery scam with a sprinking of overcharging. Ordered after being hooked by a Facebook advert, but goods did not arrive and tracking link was fake. As many other people have said - avoid!!

Bras not delivered, won't refund me coz they say they been delivered. Stay well away.

Item took nearly a month to arrive
Item did not fit as it was too small refused a refund or return even though it clearly states on website
AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!

Scam. I was first overcharged, then I never received order over a month. After they said :

If you still want the product, we can resend your order,
but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee.
Will that be acceptable?

And please give us your correct shipping address if you accept.

I would give -0 if I could. This is a SCAM. Bought 3 x bras advertised on Facebook. £30.31. Reviews were amazing! I wished looked at TP first! Slow delivery. Arrived completely wrong sizing. Was advertised as cup and back measurements. Simply cheap one size crap. Tried on and material cheap and gave me eczema. Asked for a refund and was told that was not ‘feesable’ and I should give them to a friend!!! Then offered an £3 refund. When ordered appears to be shipping from USA, but actually it’s from China. Absolutely awful service.

Do Not waste your money!

These bras not only cost £30.72 . The material is cheap, they offer no support at all and they have those removable foam inserts that do not fit your size. They ride up and you fall out at every movement.
Utter crap. Like the person reading this review, I wish I had read these first before buying.

Ordered 3 bras after seeing a Facebook advert. Tried to log onto my account and it said the account was locked. I contacted the only email address I had to get account unlocked. Received numerous emails stating they couldn't help and I would have to sort it out. I asked for email for customer services - they didn't have that! Eventually said the delivery had been made but I hadn't received anything. They told me (several times) to contact the post office and gave a tracking number that wasn't valid. Eventually gave a tracking link that said the parcel had been left in my bin. I had no notification of this and the bin has emptied. No idea if the parcel was ever in there. I'm now trying to get a refund but don't hold out much hope having read these reviews. Appalling company.

Do not bother wish I’d checked before ordering!! Contacted company as soon as they arrived and one bra opened - ordered a 50 back - sent photos of the item against a tape measure- measures at 34cm I’ve been offered a £3 refund then £6 will be reporting to trading standards.

Bras nothing like advertised, poor quality, didnt fit, wish I'd read trustpilot reviews first .... have emailed for an address to return the items, just get sent an email back asking for photos, have done this numerous times

Item arrived but didn’t fit, ask to return it but was offered £2.00 first then £4.00 then £6.00 which I accepted because it would cost me more to return it to china, please avoid this company at all cost. The refund information that is on the web is just not up to scratch.

The bras literally take ages to arrive and when they do they are totally rubbish. Made of incredibly cheap material, no support whatsoever as promised. The cups have the cheap removable inserts as well. Frustrated that I followed a Facebook advert advertising these all singing and all dancing bras! Do not waste your money.

Honestly avoid this company. I really wished I looked into it more and saved myself hassle.
Ordered, tried to cancel right away they refused saying it was already sent out.
Arrived and didn't fit me as they clearly run small so I emailed them asking to return them for a full refund (already took more then it said anyways) and they don't accept returns as they sent out the correct items. Yes but its not my fault your items runs small. At 1st the offered £3 as a goodwill gesture, I obviously refused, so offered £5 and for me to keep the bras. What good are bras that don't fit me, its not like I could try them on in a shop. I refused and that's as far as they will go. So having to try and get my money back via my bank.
