Terrible communication with repeated reply. The shipping is very slow, still waiting after 3 weeks! The tracking is also terrible as it doesn’t update.
Avoid!!!

Scam company avoid at all costs, refused to refund order

Wish I’d read these reviews first!

To date I have still not received them and every email I send they tell me to contact my local post office, or neighbours. When I reply I get the same response every time I think they do it in the hope that I will go away but to date I am still sending them ha ha!! Avoid at all cost rip off company

Oh how I wish I had checked out the reviews !!
Took to much money from my account. ( I did managed to get that corrected) order arrived was the wrong colour and was so big I cannot use.
asked to send it back as per the policy - they offered me £2 ! and said it would cost me to much to send back and they hope I would be happy with that and I could keep the item - I replied saying I was happy to send back as item not what i ordered. Apparently now the details have been shared with the quality team and they value my input - but no refund ! DO NOT USE THIS COMAPNY

If I could give them a minus score I would.

Bought some bras, I’d have been better wearing nothing than the bras delivered. Wouldn’t let me return them, would only offer £8 refund on a £25 spend.

If I could give no stars I would this company is a joke trying to blame me for their mistake! I ordered bras paid and had to chase up tracking from them and on tracking stated being delivered Tuesday to then saying wrong address and being sent back to them and now they refusing a full refund and saying they need to charge me for loss of product!! Um you put wrong address I didn’t even receive the product I wish I’d have looked on here first my bank are now dealing with it but I’d avoid this company!!

They are not worthy of 1 star. Awful customer service. If only I had read the reviews like I usually do before purchasing from someone new! 🤦‍♀️ like others have said, they will not refund, very unprofessional company who claim to be "so very sorry for your disappointment". Offered £2 compensation which I find insulting, they have ignored my last 2 emails. Disgusting.

The package was delivered apparently while I was away, left on the front of the house.
Contacted them and no help at all, they just said contact the delivery company, the delivery company said contact them, they should issue a refund.

Do not buy from this company, they are not helpful at all.

Took more money from my account than the sale was for. Bras are poor quality. Initially offered me £3 back then stopped communicating. Avoid this company.

Fraudulent company! Avoid at all costs. Poor quality item received with entirely incorrect sizing and they will not allow a return and refund despite consumer rights.

Placed order 29/10/25 with Mini Stores but not received any further information and when I checked the screen print I'd taken there was a different of £6.50. I attempted to email but it was returned undeliverable so as I always pay for anything I buy online via PayPal I raised a query with them but it turns out the company isn't Mini Stores and isn't a UK based firm but they are called Zero-Miracle Network Limited, they did refund the £6.50 via PayPal which I doubt I would receive if I had to deal with them direct
They still won't give any information on when my order will be shipped so I've given them 48hrs to reply before I request a full refund via PayPal.
I will not be using them again and will definitely look into any similar sites in future and make sure if I can't pay by PayPal I certainly won't give my money away for free!

My parcel was delivered to a different address nowhere near the address I provided. Bear in mind they kept advising me to check with courier, but I dont know which courier apparently delivered. Anyway got my money back via PayPal.

Took my money, never received my order, they said it was in transit, asked for a refund several times…. Ignored my request.

Quality of materials and fit are very poor and cheap. No support whatsoever.
Advertised at cost of £19.99 (for three bras) + above unknown charges: £28.73
Totally ripped off.
Offered a £5. Refund, did not accept it and had no further response.
Advised that I could send the bras back at an estimated cost of £25/30 postage to somewhere in China! Thought this was a UK based Company?
Avoid this company, especially if product advertised on Facebook!

Lessoned learned, totally scammed. Hope this does not happen to anyone else.
UPDATE:
I have now received £14.75 back from the above company after many, many emails. This is after they admitted charging £5.75 in error for postage and offering £9.00 compensation. It is a poor result for the poor service and product l received. I will still advise you to stay away from this company. To say l am dissatisfied is an understatement.

I recently discovered an unauthorised charge from this company on my account. I never placed an order, never subscribed to any of their services, and have no record of agreeing to any recurring payments.
Upon contacting the company immediately to dispute the charge, I was informed that it was linked to a “subscription.” I made it clear that I had never signed up for any such subscription and requested that the charge be cancelled and refunded. The company refused, claiming they were unable to cancel, despite my clear objection and the lack of any valid authorisation.
At this point, I have no idea what the product or service even relates to, as no information or item has been provided. I have since reported the matter to my bank and initiated a fraud investigation.
This experience demonstrates a serious lack of transparency and accountability. I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this company to review their billing practices carefully before providing any payment details.
This type of unauthorised billing is unacceptable and unethical.

I was charged VAT on my order at checkout. When queried it was refunded, but at that point I asked to cancel the order after reading the negative reviews. Mini Stores refused saying the goods had already been dispatched.
The goods have eventually arrived. As I suspected, the bras are very small & certainly do not fit the size as described online.
Mini Stores are being incredibly difficult & refusing to give the return address. They have offered me £2 compensation to keep the goods that do not fit!
DON'T BOTHER TO PURCHASE!
COMPLETE RIP OFF!

That will teach me to buy from a Facebook ad!
Lesson Learnt!
