I paid $58 for a two pack. Its now selling for $28. The item took three weeks to arrive from China. The item itself works but it is not worth the $30 each I spent. It is a small plastic toy. Do not recommend.

Product came in what looks to be fine condition. While it's yet to be opened, due to being a christmas present and that's almost a month out, everything looks good. Thanks.

Fantastic customer service! I didn’t receive an email of purchase (my fault I put the wrong email address) and when I queried this and very quickly received a reply and the problem was rectified quickly and very helpful advice. I haven’t received the product yet but very impressed so far 👍

Fantastic item for a science mad son, he'll be buzzing on Christmas morning and no doubt exploring outside to see what he can find.
Sadly the box was damaged in transit (better packaging would prevent this) but the MiniLabsters gave me a partial refund and I will give the gift without the box, decent customer service and a suitable resolution given how close we are to Christmas.

I can't review the product as I haven't received it yet, but the service is amazing. I had a query and contacted Minilabsters and I was truly impressed with the communication. I had a response the same day and my query was sorted immediately. The customer service team were helpful, friendly and great to deal with. Totally recommend

I made an error on my order (ordering extra product) but only realized after the order went through. I emailed customer service right away and they responded within a couple hours, already issuing a refund for the extra items. Great customer service!
