This is our second time going to mini maestro’s as our youngest loves music just as much as our oldest. Melissa is an amazing educator and musician. We are so lucky to know her!

The teacher is encouraging and connects so well with the children. Like the repetition for the age but also building with new things. Great balance

Children enjoyed the concert and so did the adults.

This is a beautiful program to expose children to music. Melissa's classes were structured, supportive of all the children and fun.

My granddaughter and I both love going to Mini Maestros! Melissa is a warm, caring leader who makes
all the children feel comfortable, no matter how outgoing or shy they are. It is a wonderful way for young children to learn sharing, listening and exploring music. I have seen all the children's confidence increase as the weeks go by. My granddaughter especially LOVES the stick horses!

My Grandson is diagnosed Autistic. This has been the best experience for him. He has been to 7 sessions and he has already learnt the meaning and what to do when he hears "presto, lento, forte and piano". He is beginning to join in but actually said hello to a fellow student on the last week of term. He walks down the stairs at home singing "Ready" and counts the steps in tempo. Melissa is a wonderful, patient instructor and takes time takes time the syudents.

Our Teacher Melissa is AMAZING, she really makes the whole experience that much better.
Melissa has gotten to know each individual child on a personal level and tailors each class to each child’s strengths and likes.
The classes are always fun,interactive and filled with joy.

My 3yo loves her Mini Maestro class. The music, dancing, instruments and props are all fun and engaging and she is learning more about rhythm and melody each week. Teacher Melissa is fantastic.

Melissa in Glen Iris is wonderful with the children. She has a great sense of humour and our grandson loves going each week. The venue is also spotlessly clean and comfortable.

We love Glen Iris mini maestros and I've tried others, Melissa is definitely the best! Both my girls have been going for a few years, lots of fun.

We absolutely love our classes! Can’t wait to start the next term. I’ve really seen my little ones interest in music grow each week.

We started classes this year in Melissa’s class and we have had a lovely experience. Melissa is inclusive, patient, and very kind and runs the classes very well. She really captures the children’s attention and makes music fun for parents and children. Even during lockdown, Melissa does zoom classes, so my little one still gets to share the experience and I can see a positive impact developmentally. I’d recommend mini maestros and especially Melissa as a teacher. I’m really glad we do this class.

Mini Maestros is a wonderful music program. I have taken 3 of my grandchildren who have enjoyed it immensely, developed their confidence and furthered their love of music.
The online program is excellent but unfortunately my grandson found it difficult to remain focussed and really misses being in class with Melissa. If we can once again attend classes, we will definitely go again.

My 1 year old and 4 year old love Mini Maestros with Melissa in Glen Iris. The classes are age appropriate, fun and have contributed to both children's speech development. Melissa remembers the children's interests and strengths and uses this to encourage them, building confidence each week.
The transition to zoom classes last year was effortless for us. The pre-recorded online classes are also a bonus for times when you need another activity during lockdown.

My three boys have all enjoyed attending Mini Maestros classes at Glen Iris from a young age. It’s great to see their confidence build each time and the fun they have participating. We love Melissa!! She is a caring, encouraging and patient teacher. Can highly recommend!
