Product arrived on time, easy to assemble and has worked perfectly since the first day! So much better than other competitors like outdoor toys, I ordered a 50cc mini bike from them as this site sold out on the one I wanted for my son, but they sent it with broken filters and refused to replace them or the bike, terrible service, so dealing with mini off road biked has been smooth sailing with the bike have no issues at all! Amazing thank you!

I bought 2 motorcycle helmets for my grandsons. Great quality and they loved them.

Fast delivery .excellent value and to say my son was over the moon with his dirt bike is an understatement. He absolutely loves it.thank you guys for an excellent service. Il be upgrading from yous when he out grows this one for sure

Bought mini pitbike for Xmas used 2 times and starts but when sit on it cuts out. Contacted yous and have done everything u asked still not working. Now I've tried to phone 5 times and sent another 3 emails and noone has got bk to me or even picked up the phone

Bike came with broken bits due to the carrier company, tried to get into touch with Sam who ignored numerous emails. Then called the number and spoke with the other partner who wouldn’t give me another email address or number I could WhatsApp the images to in regards to the damage and having it replaced. Ended up finding a new set of plastics and decals on eBay which I fitted myself so my sons Christmas wasn’t running. WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM! Shame I can’t upload the emails I sent that went ignored or the images of how the bike turned up via the courier.

I bought a pit bike recently and it works wonders and starts with one kick. Did not expect it to come in good packaging and on time with delivery.

"The bike is outstanding so much for little money my granddaughter wont leave it alone for a min from when she gets up till bed lol it just looks the bolloks and sounds excellent far better than any pony she said I think every kid should have one so much fun and so easy for my granddaughter to start and scramble aboot on and also the service is outstanding a very quick delivery i highly recommend i will be back for an upgrade due to the polite and professional service outstanding

grandson loves these gloves, they match his wulfsport helmet & goggles, mini bikes off-road were the cheapest for them as well, highly recommend!

So the bike was delivered, when putting the bike together we found the rear tyre was out of shape, causing the rear end to wobble when ridden.

I informed mini bikes off road of this and they told me it was an “illusion and completely safe” however I didn’t feel comfortable with my child riding this & with them refusing to send a tire out, I had to fork out another £30 in total for a new rear including delivery to get this sorted.

Other than that, the delivery service was spot on, the bike runs and starts first time absolutely gold and I couldn’t fault it. However we have only had it a month.

Hi am writing this review because I order a neck brace off Amazon an am over the moon an I would highly recommend it came fast an I would definitely order off them again an am goin tell all my friends and family

Don’t no give these your money brought off them in august for my autistic son bike lastest and hour then died very poor custumer care little contact and simply did not want to rectify faulty items avoid

Bought a helmet for my grandson’s birthday, good fit, he loves it. Initially there was an issue with the order however after speaking to one of the team the issue was swiftly rectified

Bought a motor bike for xmas for grandaughter on delivery checked box bike frame there an two boxes.on 23rd December goes to bulid bike NO FRONT WHEEL .phones company closed for xmas had to drive to Leicester on xmas eve FUN BIKES SAVED XMAS . Stickers for bike rock hard DON'T stick to bike . On 3rd jan phoned mini bikes told my problem no front wheel there reply ITS YOUR FAULT FOR NOT CHECKING BOX PROPERLY Do not buy from this company use fun bikes .cost me an extra £60 to purchase wheel so my grandaughters xmas wasn't ruined.

So who checked your delivery was all there in 14 days NOBODY
who checked my order was all there before delivery NOBODY
just interested in peoples money nothing else when i phoned on 3 January i would of been happy if you said ok I'll send brand new stickers out to replace one's that dint stick to bike.
An will you get compensation for your order having no front wheel

WARNING - do not use this company!!! Ordered a mini dirt bike for our sons Christmas present. It arrived damaged with a cracked and broken fuel tank. I have emailed numerous times with no response. I have called so many times and have managed to speak to someone only twice (out of about 30 phone calls) and both times I was fobbed off, promised a new fuel tank was on its way for it to never arrive. The customer service is appalling and we have been completely conned. Stay clear!

Partner placed an order on the 16th Nov 2022 for Mini Quad Parts, As of todays date still no delivery.
Contacted via phone on the 28th to be told parts were there but they forgot about the order, still no contact made by them.
Contacted them by FB Messenger yesterday and then phone to be told the order was in the warehouse.
Surprise surprise still no delivery number.
Save yourself a major headache and don’t use this company as they can’t be trusted.

Very easy web page to navigate around. Service and delivery fantastic. Items recieved before due delivery date. Items ordered were excellet and definately good value for the money.
