Beautiful garden set, easy to build as long as you read and follow instructions. Delivery was just a text saying follow a link without saying what it was delivering, asked the mint outdoor bot, if it was this item and it said no. After working out the text wasn’t a scam, the pair that delivered were very helpful and carried it to where I asked.

Fantastic outdoor dining set
Purchased a table and chair set, can’t fault the aesthetics of the set itself so lovely but upon trying to assemble we came across a very unbalanced 1 and some un alignment issues, I logged an issue and was told management would be in contact with img 24 hrs, didn’t hear anything so asked for a call back , which I got first thing the next working day from a lovely lady called Rachael, she couldn’t do enough for us to try and get it rectified .
Her customer service skills are second to none she was brilliant and kept us informed all the way to receiving a new set which we are extremely happy with !!
So if you are one of the owners from mint outdoors then maybe a little thank you from you to Rachael( it will go along way) she is and absolute star and a brilliant asset to your company as if it wasn’t for her understanding and willingness to rectify our problem then this feedback would of been very different . So thank you once again Rachael your a star!!! P.S. the delivery company you use rightroadlogistics are fantastic , very friendly !! Ooh and the actual boss of rightroadlogistics delivered my chairs and made sure we was happy , so everyone went above and beyond to rectify this issue . We will recommend and reuse you as I want some recliners now .

WORST COMPANY EVER
If I could give this company a 0 star review I would!! Without a shadow of a doubt this is the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with! The product I ordered is actually very good!!! However! This is where it all goes downhill! The accessories as I like to call them, are nothing short of cheap and nasty! These were the cushions that came with the furniture, nothing like the pictures they advertised with the product, completely cheap and nasty! Also the table top was not even the correct colour, blue instead of brown as advertised. I raised a complaint and they said they’d deal with it online, guess what, as you follow up with your complaint online, your order number suddenly doesn’t exist! If you try to contact them they just ignore you! 15 days in a row of getting the same generic response from Gwen the bullsh** customer assistant who escalates your complaint to management who unsurprisingly don’t ever get back to you, leads you to this. Genuinely people, if you’re not overly bothered about a product you spend hundreds of pounds on and don’t care about what you get in return, then this is the company for you!!! However, if you’re not, then don’t waste your time with these cowboys!!!!

Excellent communication throughout, especially from Rachel. Very helpful online and email assistance as soon as the two sets were delivered.
Even had a call from Chris (part of delivery and installation team) to explain how to sort something I couldn’t figure out with the assembly.
And the furniture is even better than I had hoped for. Just need some sunshine to enjoy it.

Great value for high quality furniture
We bought this to replace a very poor quality product bought 2 years ago from the terrible company, Out and Out, who have not surprisingly gone bust. By contrast this great value Stockholm set is well made and robust with lovely thick cushions. Like other reviews, a couple of the screw holes don’t perfectly align so a couple of the parts can be tricky to assemble, but you get there with a little persuasion! Fantastic price with tracked delivery!
