I payed you on the 4th of August for 3 moses bars via bank transfer. Which were on pre order 10days later wen they arrived u didn't send them you messaged me saying your giving a refund. Is that how you operate a business. Stop wid all the drama n once upon a time stories. Deal with the matter in hand, you still have not sent my money and the date is 17th of August now. Be careful people

I continue to make monthly purchases of Mint Bros and the prices are the best I've come across, including peer to peer platforms. I have also joined the WhatsApp group and getting first look at new stock and discount codes for use on the website, which continues to improve with the Add to box facility and online invoicing.

As I use the Add To Box service I can make multiples buy and save on postage till I reach the RMSD delivery. If I need to speak to the staff in person I can always message or call. I am a happy customer.

No-one is talking about the 1st time we came to buy. You wanted cash you got it that transaction finished no problem you got paid we got the goodies fine. What happened with the money we transferred to you for the 3 Moses bars we payed in advance 🤔 the goods arrived but your not sending to us your selling them to someone else for a few extra quid.
I paid for the bars but I'm getting a refund wow.
And you still haven't sent the refund

I bought some silver from them recently and the service was just brilliant. First off – next day delivery. I wasn’t expecting that at all. It turned up before I’d even sorted the mess with my bank.

Speaking of which: my bank decided to be difficult (as usual) and the payment wasn’t going through. Most places would’ve just cancelled the order or sent some generic email. Not these guys. They actually called me. Took their time, didn’t rush me, explained what was going on, and made sure I was completely happy before we went any further. Felt like talking to a mate who knows their stuff, not a salesperson.

Every time I had a question, they got back to me straight away. No fuss, no stress. Just really easy to deal with.
