I had a terrible experience with Mihra Textile. I accidentally placed an order for in-store pickup instead of delivery and immediately tried to contact them to fix the issue. I called multiple times, sent emails, and even messaged them, but received no response at all. They do not answer the phone or reply to any form of communication. My payment has gone through, but I can’t get my suit or any help to rectify the problem. Extremely disappointing customer service—would not recommend!

Returned a number of outfits and was given a credit note to use at a later date as they don’t refund you like for like. I was okay with this. When I came to use the credit notes they didn’t work. Have emailed and whatsapped them numerous times and they just ignore and don’t respond. Don’t use this company. Worst customer service ever !

Doesn't respond misleading order not delivered
Now having to go through credit card to get money back reported to police for fraud charge for delivery when website states free delivery if order is over a certain amount. I would recommend to avoid completely

Do not shop here. If anything is wrong with your order Nazish will completely ignore you. Sent out wrong size and colour on non refundable items. No communication, no response either via their online chat or email. Won't be ordering again. The lady who runs the Instagram account was online deleting my messages but unfortunately not resolving the issue that I required assistance with. I will have to take my clothes back to the store physically.

An absolute disaster. I couldn’t get my money back because I didn’t purchase through a credit card. I only received one outfit out of four, and that too after waiting five weeks.
There’s no customer care—just rude call handlers who refuse to listen to you.
I strongly recommend against buying from this retailer.
If I could, I would give zero stars.

Regarding my purcahse from mirha textils.
I ordered two outfits from Mirha Textiles, which I sent back to them because of the sizing. I emailed then sent them messages on watsapp regarding my refund but I did not get single reply back from them. I tried calling them many times on the number provided they dont bother answering my phone calls. Its really fustrating. Who is having issues with there customer services could you all please report them because this is seriously so unfair. They have very disgusting customer services. This business seriously needs to be reported and closed down. They not only upset me they have upset many other customers to.

Received incorrect items as well as items missing from my orders. Two orders and I’m still waiting for it to be corrected and it’s been over 2 months. Customer service is rubbish as they do not deal with the mistake. Terrible service. If I could I’d give it 0 stars.

Very poor service. First order arrived promptly. Second time I ordered thinking they are reliable. They stole my money I ordered on the 19 October 2024 and to date 4 November 2024 no items delivered and no refund given. If you don’t want your money to be stolen by these people then avoid like the plague as they are a bunch of frauds. And the money wasn’t even that much. Imagine if I have paid more.

Beware please don't buy as I am still waiting for my order which was placed on 18 October 2024 no update after order placing email, took my money and keep ignoring my messages not picking up my phone I want to ask WHERE IS MY ORDER ?? ITS 27 OCTOBER NOW !!!!I was new customer but got scammed by them , I am waiting for my bank now if they can help me claim back as I am still waiting for my goods .

The first time I purchase I ordered next day delivery but it was not sent until I sent an email prompting them. I thought it was just a mistake on this occasion.

To my error, I decided to place another order. Both items did not have lining and were too transparent for me, so I contacted them to explain and confirm the return process. After chasing a response 4 days later, I received an email confirming the process. The parcel arrived with them on 23rd September (I have royal mail tracking evidence) and still have not received a refund! I have sent many emails and tried calling. I received one email saying they will look in to it on 14th October and again nothing since.

The customer service was fast to respond and sort out my Issues. Very reliable company.

Got my suits, and they are perfect! Love the quality and the quick delivery.

The Munira Lawn readymade from mirhatextile was a great buy. Loved the fit and the print!

I placed an order for more than 200€ I have no response to my emails no follow-ups nothing I will send a friend there to London to sue this person for fraud!!!! It's shameful

I love the Simrans 'Chand' suit I got from mirhatextile, especially the colors-they're so vibrant!

I ordered 3 suits payed £8.99 next day delivery got 2 suits delivered one I never ordered and the trouser doesn't fit the other ok third one not delivered sent so many emails no response finally refunded for the third suit want to return the third one not sending a return label I requested it's not my fault why send me something I didn't order

Their delivery time was good. I received my order much quicker than I expected, and everything was packed neatly. I appreciate their prompt service.
