Sent me 3 incorrect items. I rang the number provided on their website and the person does not answer phone keeps cutting line and does not reply to emails or text messages. I then checked on Instagram and read comments only to see I not the only person with issues with the order. Do not order from them

Poor customer service and cheating in shipment cost
Finally I have received my order but I had to pay additional postage (£3:50) to Royal mail on top of the shipment cost (£4.95) I paid online while I purchased the order because they did not pay the postage cost. I am very frustrated about it and on top of that their customer service is so poor that they didn't even bother to reply to my previous emails and WhatsApp messages.
