I'd hoped the mishimoto radiator would…

I'd hoped the mishimoto radiator would have been a good replacement for a perished OEM, in a NSX. Sadly, it's not a direct swop, but worst of all the top pegs don't align with the car, clearly a jig or welding fault. Where's the quality?

Not a peep from customer service - that says it all. It's always irritating to learn about these experiences once they've had your money for clearly a poor product.

I wouldn't recommend, nor will I be buying anything from them again. Avoid and just buy the Koyo instead.

Damaged in their possession

They have used my car twice for R&D and both times my car came back with issues. First time they offered to fix the problem. Second time time they dropped my car off at my job. Left the keys with the receptionist and left. Didn’t give me a chance to check for damage. Now they are refusing to repair my car.

Lifetime guarantee hustle

The lifetime guarantee they offer is a hustle. They will drag their heels, be unresponsive and mess you around to the point that you will give up. I’m now giving up on replacing my Mishimoto (which has a pin hole in their weld) and instead I’m buying a koyorad, which I hear is a much better alternative.

Good products, worst customer service. Refund? Good luck!

Ordered a radiator and coolant. One bottle of coolant never showed up. Confirmed lost by carrier. From my initial request for a refund on Oct 25th, after weekly emails and empty promises, I finally have my money back in Dec 23rd. Unacceptable for me to wait 2 months. I will give Full Race Motorsports my business going forward.

Life time warrantly ..

Life time warrantly ... what a joke.

I ordered a Thermostat regulator.
After 3 months of usage, this "Aliexpress" part is HS.

150€ for mecanic, 200€ to bring back the car to garage.
And for a new part, Mishimoto told me, I have to pay shipping and taxe...
So I ask just to be refund, and they refuse.

Thanks for this horrible experience.

Do not purchase any part from them, bad quality, bad service.

I obviously should have read all these negative reviews regarding Mishimoto. I to, have had nothing but complete BS from Mishimoto, they are a fraud at every level!!
Mason Nickel has lied to me for months regarding a refund on items I returned. Months of my time wasted until I contacted my states attorney general. I have provided the AG office all the emails and receipts and they to have agreed that this warrants fraud on Mishimoto's part.
Just beware and take your business elsewhere. I will update this review when I have more info from the AG office.

What the heck is going on in this company

This one is on behalf of all the unfortunate souls who ordered from the last sale Mishimoto had in Aus recently.

My story in particular is one of many hundreds of thousands who are echoing the same thing - ordering a bunch of things on sale only to have nothing be shipped for two months and all angry customers to be swept under the carpet that is their inbox.

I was patient enough to wait 6 weeks, looking for a contact number which I neglected to save and very soon after, that phone number was removed from their website because it would've been bombarded with almost an entire country worth of angry people chasing up their orders. It got so bad that almost a month in they had to announce they'd be pulling all direct-to-consumer sales in Australia. Talk about a tactical retreat - can't handle the problem you guys created so instead just run away and hide in another country.

No amount of fingers can count how many copy-paste emails I received about how my order was on backlog and that all sales would be honoured - when in reality there was just no stock locally and it had to be shipped in from overseas because guess which company initiated a sale only to realise they weren't stocked up for it?

When asked two simple questions of: 1. What in my actual order has been packed, and 2. Are there any items that need to be shipped from overseas to complete my order; I get the most basic and vague of responses telling me where my item was shipped from. Hello? That's not what I bloody asked, so obviously that means that no one has a clue what they're talking about and are just hiding in the inbox section.

I drew the line when told that my order was shipped over a week prior after I wanted to cancel my order without any notice that my order was dispatched. Lo and behold, it's been sitting in the post office for over a week - during which time I was told reassuringly my order was on 'backlog'. There is no way that an order sits on backlog and gets DELIVERED within a week's time with no notice that anything has been shipped out.

There's so much more to this than I can type, but to close up on behalf of everyone who was screwed around by Mishimoto from this last sale in Australia - you lot running this pathetic excuse of a company can get f*****.

Mishimoto EU is terrible

Mishimoto EU is terrible,

Ordered 24th of April and still haven't got my order.

First they made a few mistakes with the order so i was delayed for a couple of weeks and now their website says the order is shipped without getting a track and trace or what so ever.

That was a couple of weeks ago.
Tried to get in contact with the multiple times, Mishomoto EU doesn't respond at all and Mishimoto US only responds with we will contact Mishimoto EU and if get now more we will contact you, this was also a couple of weeks ago.

Truly disappointed in this company and even more with there customer service.

Warranty problems

I ordered a transmission cooler from Mishimoto EU and it was a big mistake: first of all, UK its no more in EU, so if you are from EU you will have to pay crazy taxes. Secondly, the cooler i ordered arrived with no packing foam, so it came with some dents and a bent corner; because of this i claim the "LIFETIME WARRANTY" and when the new cooler arrived, it turns out that i MUST pay for duties and taxes ANOTHER TIME, althogh they assured me that it wont need taxes to be payed because they had filled out the documentation stating that it was a warranty replacement part. This result to be a lie because DHL sent me the real documentation and Mishimoto had written that it was a paid piece.
Summarizing: don't buy a Mishimoto part because of its Lifetime Warranty if you are from EU, because you will probably end up having problems with it.
Sorry for such a long review, but i feel cheated and i don't want the same thing to happen to anyone.

Horrendous Experience & Unprofessional!

Ordered a product over 6 weeks ago, with no mention of delays when ordering. Then find out that they are moving warehouse and have nothing in place to keep customers updated or to give accurate information. I tried to contact the UK branch with ZERO response. I then contacted Mishimoto US... They might as well not have responded as all they told me was that they were moving warehouse and didn't know anything else. How can you run a global company and not even know what your MAIN EU distribution hub is doing? I then took to social media simply commenting on their Instagram posts after their support would offer no help. All I commented was "When I receive my order that I placed over 5 weeks ago". And instead of dealing with this issue professionally they first deleted my comment, I then put the same comment on their post AGAIN, and they blocked me! I've cancelled my order as I don't think such a poorly managed business should be supported. By the looks of it, I'm not the only one with this issue. STEER CLEAR!

I’ve been waiting for almost 3 months…

I’ve been waiting for almost 3 months now for a product. Mishimoto say the delay was due to them being closed and another time I was told it was due to them relocating. 3 months on and still nothing, customer service is useless. Will now start the process of getting my money back from these thieves!!

Mishmoto UK (Europe) is shut for a few weeks. They don’t bother telling you this until you chase up your order. If I wanted the part in 3 weeks time I’d order it in 2 weeks time not last week when I needed it. Useless. DO NOT USE

Buyed one for the price of two

Buyed one for the price of two - "Lifetime Warranty" sounds nice...
But in fact - their warranty is not good so avoid as the rest says..
Bought a cooler for my Jeep - I was nice for one year and started to leak.

I fighting hard to get my warranty cooler and still dont have it - if I knew this from beginning I would never have bought it

Can say that the cooler looks nice - but if they dont last so long and are not better than the orginal coolers then I cant recommend them....
If they not can make a nice product then they should do something else..

Do not buy from Mishimoto.eu !!!

Hi,
If you are from Continental Europe, do not buy product from Mishimoto.eu, as the product will come from the UK, and you will be charged tax twice, once in UK and once in your country, to which you will have to add import duties. I ended up paying 25% more than if I would have bought the product from a local reseller.
And do not expect any help from them later, as you will be the one to blame for ticking all the boxes during the buying process !!!
Be warned.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Ordered a part that couldn't be fitted due to coronavirus. When i could get fitted it was too large for what i needed and i tried to send it back. The item was in the condition they sent it to me and untouched. However they refused to help because i had gone 1 week over ebay return policy. Never buying a mishimoto product again, and will tell others to avoid aswell.

This company makes a terrible product

This company makes a terrible product. Do not use MishiMoto on any of your vehicles. I bought a radiator and trans cooler for my 2006 Chevy 2500 HD diesel truck. Eight months later the weld broke on the side of the radiator. I tried to get them to replace the radiator they said sure but I need to pay for shipping which is 150 bucks. Also I will have to pay for labor to take the radiator in and out of the truck. I said that’s crazy all of this is After they sent me the wrong part for my truck. If you want A tax write off put MishiMoto into your vehicle. You will spend more money than you ever spent I’m trying to repair it.
