Having only uploaded my photos to be examined just over a week ago I am astounded at how swiftly and smoothly the process has been. I have had a telephone consultation with Dr Umar where the whole plan was explained thoroughly and we discussed the best treatment to suit my needs. After deciding this was something I would like to go ahead with the receptionist Lyndsey called me the same day to tailor a payment plan that would suit me and booked me in for my first face to face appointment. So far so good! Friendly people who made me feel at ease and in absolute control of my treatment. Looking forward to beginning my invisalign journey with a fantastic team to see me through to the end

So far so good yet to actually have my retainers fitted but my dentist has made me feel at ease and look forward to the results roll on February

Just had my first appointment and waiting for the Clin Check. So far all good!

I have always had a big fear of the dentist after a bad experience else where however the moment I came to the fresh smile clinic I was made to feel welcome, relaxed and it was completely pain and fear free! I wouldn’t hesitate to come back if I needed more work doing even though it’s an hours drive away! It’s definitely worth it for the professional staff that work here!

Martina was professional and explained the treatment thoroughly. There was no pressure at any point throughout the consultations and I felt at any point could ask any questions that arose. Will definitely be recommending.
