we are changing provider. Dropping the free tier is ridiculous

Customer service is lacking. App is complex and not intuitive.

i was probably among the original users of this app. but no longer can recommend it. they change things completely around for no reason, when you let them know, they tell you tough, and then years later they change them back. they are no longer responsive as they used to be, they used to be epic and amazing, and are no longer. i'm looking for a new app.

I've been meaning to share my experience with the Missive Team. I had trouble tracking and locating my notifications, such as comments. When I reached out to their team, they created the notification bell feature, which made everything much easier for me. Thank you for addressing your client's concerns! You all are the best!

So far, everything has been pretty awesome! It’s definitely worth the money, as it has saved us a huge amount of time through clear team communication that connects directly with emails.

I can’t recommend it enough. On top of that, the team behind Missive really listens to feedback. We experienced this firsthand when they personally helped us solve an issue that technically wasn’t even their responsibility — but they still went out of their way to help.

Easy 5/5 stars. Hopefully it only keeps getting better over time.

It took some getting used to, but I’ve found it’s much easier to get everyone informed in a timely manner. Everything is right there and readily available, allowing each team member to stay up to date and ready to hop on whatever task.

Missive is the solution to a problem we've had for a long time. Email collaboration, onboarding new staff who need access to multiple inboxes, automated rules, signatures, group chat, etc. It's made internal communication, email handoff, and overall collaboration a breeze. Their customer support is very fast and responsive, A+. Big fan!

We were trying to solve a "help desk" issue for our ecommerce business with multiple brands. Most of the ones we've tried are good at one thing but lack on others. I tried out Missive after seeing it mentioned on Reddit and realised that what we were actually looking for is a unified inbox rather than a ticket system. It took a bit of getting my head around but now we have numerous emails in one place, automatically assigning to the right users via rules and Claude integration. We can see the Shopify order data on each email. Everything works, it's absolutely brilliant.

I can’t tell you how impressed I am by this app. I have used almost every email app that was ever invented over the last 30 years. The most recent being Outlook, Spark and even superhuman, the team over at Missive is on another planet. I signed up for the annual plan and actually made a mistake, when I sent them an email they responded within minutes and corrected it. Outstanding service and so far the application has exceeded expectations. A perfect 10

Missive is slept on, for sure. The team has put a ton of thought into making it powerful, yet streamlined. It has useful integrations with AI, but doesn't use AI as some hacky sales tactic like you see companies doing today. Their support is kind and responsive as well. Refreshing!

I run several businesses and was drowning in multiple Gmail accounts across different apps and devices. Missive fixed that. Everything consolidated in one place, accessible in the browser without needing another app cluttering my machine - that alone was worth the switch.

I don't use the team features but I imagine they're excellent. What I care about is how it feels to use daily, and Missive genuinely gets that right. The interface is thoughtful, the mobile app is properly good rather than an afterthought, and on the one occasion I needed support the response was fast and actually helpful.

It's one of those tools that quietly improves your working day without making a big deal of itself. Solid product, clearly built by people who actually use it.

Really great experience. I'm coming from Spark, that is another mail client and now I'm sticking with Missive because overall is a lot better for collaboration and has a lot of great functionalities. Support is great because they take the time to explain you how it works and show you really great tricks. We are really happy with it.

Great company to work with. Any question I ever had, I got an immediate answer. No automatic canned responses but pure fast customer service. This, on top of the fact that their app is awesome

I love the rules. I am honestly paying a lot of money almost exclusively because I love the ability to "turn my email off" during set hours.
Overall, I love that I can shut my email off and have it "hide" my messages until the next work day. There's a bit of a learning curve setting everything up and I wish it were easier to test run email rules/settings, but I think I have a handle on everything. I also really wish Notion was integrated, but I have a workaround for now.

As a Fractional Operations Manager, I'm embedded in the inboxes and calendars of many clients at once. I couldn't do it without this platform! Missive makes productivity and collaboration across accounts simplified and streamlined. The support team (Phil) is super helpful and responsible. I'm excited to continue referring Missive to future clients!

If you work is based on dealing with a lot of email, especially in a team setting this app is a must have. It’s a complete game changer! Worth every penny 🚀

I absolutely love Missive. I have been using it quite some time now, since they were just in the start-up phase. For private mail accounts it provides all tools you need (for free, mostly). Lots of functionality and lots of integrations: from Todoist (or similar) to openAI or API access.

Also an absolute must for teams: affordable plans for a very broad package of team functionality: delegating conversations, tagging each other, discussing conversations, managed signatures, managed responses (templates), and shared inboxes.

I have been doubting recently between Spark en Missive, but given Missive's extra and stable functionality over Spark combined with its reasonable pricing it is an absolute no brainer for me to choose Missive.

Over the last few years it has been working perfectly on both my MacBook and iPhone. Also love the automations (workflow) through rules and conditions.

Missive is fantastic! Integrations make it the central tool to get things done from one place!
