I like the platform
I like the platform, but sometimes still difficult to navigate smoothly between tabs when talking with a client. When trying to navigate to labs or Rupa, to show patient results while on video visit.

I am really enjoying the platform so far. Currently using it for massage clients. The opportunities it holds are very exciting.
I have found there is some interruption with the saving of documents. The images which a want to use regularly don't always save the area's that I mark for trouble spots on the image it gives you in the system to use. This has been a little frustrating at times. Otherwise - it's been really great.
Excellent support
Practice Better has made running my online clinic so much smoother. My clients love having their own portal - it keeps everything organised and makes staying connected effortless. Knowing they’re just a message away if they need extra support or have a question has been a game-changer.
Crucial features have still not been…
Crucial features have still not been added, like making it easy to import and sell hundreds of in office products. Or custom patient tracking features, like being able to track things patients have done or need to do, historical tracking, like tracking parasite cleanses that they’ve done, or also allowing us to record custom patient parameters. All of which should be available to view as a graph as well, so for example we have an in-house metals tests, and it would be nice to track their levels each month, like zinc and copper and visually view those levels with a graph. This Seems like a basic feature that should’ve always been a part of Practice Better.
Another crucial feature is the system should track supplement protocol changes, but instead, when we add or subtract something from their protocol we have to duplicate the protocol and archive othe old one and basically make the new protocol fresh, but the system doesn’t automatically track which supplements we added or subtracted and when, which is different than the supplement history feature. This automatic tracking of supplements added or subtracted to protocols over time should’ve been part of the supplement history feature to begin with!
I hate how everything I mention to Practice Better They shrug off and they don’t implement or take seriously, they don’t consider the wants and needs of their practitioners, they always just say “oh that’s not a part of Practice Better or not a feature or it’s not something Practice Better can do” and then that’s it! and then years pass by. I don’t understand if Practice Better is so amazing then Why can’t they seem to implement basic things?! That’s probably the biggest issue with Practice Better is that they don’t add crucial features over time, the system is largely the same and stuck in the past. One tiny powerful example is that for some reason you cannot set it to automatically send the NAQ form to patients like all the other forms. We really need to be able to send that automatically every three months, but the system won’t let us and it seems like the easiest thing to enable or fix!!!
Feature requests should be taken very seriously and implemented fast, but what I’ve seen and experienced is the exact opposite.
I’m also not happy that my AI credits don’t get replenished each month, also using AI assistant is cumbersome and not straightforward or easy to use. I’m becoming more and more disappointed with Practice Better as time goes!
I have other complaints ideas and issues, but these are the main ones.

Overall I am happy with Practice Better but I would really appreciate if a gratuity option was on the invoices. At the time of booking and paying for services, clients should be able to leave an optional gratuity (for massage therapy, for example). Acuity offers this feature. Please consider, thank you!

Mix, mostly good
I like it. Even tho I am moving slow w my practice for personal reasons, I like how all parts of the platform are integrated for me and the clients.
I did not love the transition to the practice better payment system rather than square. You almost lost me there- It was a lot of work for the company’s benefit, not mine. So, that is some negative feedback for you.

Its versatile and easy for patients to navigate.
A few things to build in:
-Ability to expand time blocks on the calendar.
E.g. if a block is made for 2-3pm. Drag and expand it to start at 1.30pm

I get all the support of a business partner through Practice Better. The 3rd party integrations are SO helpful. I love that I have everything I need in one place. The ongoing support and template resources are AMAZING.

I like the features and access to info
I like a lot of the features and how I can access clients’ info from my computer or phone depending where I am. I still do not use though all the features offered but gradually getting there. The customer service dept is great. I also like how some new features are added regularly
