I bought 2 XL shirts from these clowns. Even though I'm between a large & extra large, the shirts were too small. I sent emails to their "customer support" email address. no response. So, instead of re-gifting the shirts to someone else in my family, I made the mistake of returning the shirts asking for an exchange or refund. Crickets. 'F' these guys. They owe me $160.

I had reviewed this site 2 weeks ago as 1 star, however, today I received my Bee coin, they look very nice, they came inside an acrylic protection and I am very happy with it.
The only problem of the purchase was because the seller did not send any confirmation of purchase or tracking number until the parcel got to the UK.

Product never arrived has been months, cannot get in contact with company or delivery service total scam stay away

Scam. Coins sent out but they purposely held one back, thinking I won't pursue. Won't answer e-mails or phone calls.

Order just after newyaer (8weeks ago) a Route 66 coin … pay with Visa but never recieved the coin …

Ordered 4 different challenge coins and finally received today. Although some of them had minimal etching they in no way are the coins represented on their website. These are pretty much cheap coins that are metal slugs with artwork (cheap painting) on them. Buy at your own risk, but don’t be surprised if the product you receive is not what you were hoping for.

Placed an order on this website for numerous coins and received a email receipt for the charge and merchandise order. A few days later I went to their website and requested a tracking number. After a few days I did not receive a reply or any information. I had tries 3 times since the original attempt and still haven't received a response. I am coming to the conclusion that the "Merchant" is not legit and I will not received what was ordered or a response. It is a new domain with little online reputation and no strong presence on reputable review site meaning there is no clear history of real customers buying and receiving goods. Misty Hut cannot be confidently confirmed as legitimate due to limited trust signals and lack of verifiable reviews. So PLEASE, do not make the same mistake and order from this website.

Placed a order for a coin – got my order receipt – the wrong coin is on the order I email support 5mins later and see my order email says to reply to this email with any problems so also email via this 30mins after order placed….. nothing.
Support apparently replies within 28-48 hours … yeah no they don’t.
4 days later I email support once again still nothing.
No shipping update email nothing it has been 7 days since I placed my order I have no idea if they are sending it if they will bother to get back to me nothing seems they just took my money and that’s it.
Appalling site DO NOT go any where near it to track your order it has you download a app which shows your order but nothing more no tracking no nothing it’s a total scam.
As they are not sending updates or answering support emails I will 100% charge it back from my bank as a scam.
