Complete scammers. Bought a Nintendo Switch 2 which was out for delivery with a completely made up company. When I phoned it didn’t even ring.
Then got an email saying it was delayed by 2 days. When I spoke to mix living had some very nice emails assuring me they were a UK based legitimate company. They’re not.
Got an email today saying the item had been lost by the made up delivery company. Bizarre.
Refund incoming apparently. They’ve lied so many times I don’t believe them at all. Credit card company contacted.

Genuine scammers, ordered a ps5 last week. Got email this morning it’s out for delivery and coming today. Couple hours later all of sudden delayed 3 days later. The courier has the same phone number as the website which is very strange.they disconnected their phone and aren’t answering the emails. I’ve contacted my bank to reclaim my £350 they stole and have done to many more.

Update- thanks to my bank i managed to get my £350 refunded almost a week later after opening chargeback. I suggest those who haven’t to do it as soon as possible in order to get your refund back

I am one of the many recent 1-star reviewers. Please be aware this is an advanced scam. The company is replying to negative reviews claiming they are "spam," but they are real. Here are the facts of my experience:

The Lure: I found mix-living.com through the Klarna app, which gave it an appearance of legitimacy. The prices were low, and at the time I purchased, the Trustpilot reviews were positive.

The Payment: The payment process is the first major red flag. You receive an "on-hold" order confirmation before you've actually paid, which directs you to a "Tide" payment link. My Klarna transaction shows the payment went to a company called "Dayne Develop LTD." Other payment receipts I saw listed a third company, "Fory Transport Ltd." The merchant name you pay is not mix-living.com.

The Fake Courier: A few days after payment, I received a shipping confirmation from a courier called broughtontransport.uk. This is a FAKE website built to impersonate a real logistics company. The scammers have created a fake tracking page that will even show you "fake" delivery delays to stall you.

The Conclusive Proof: Here is the proof this is a scam: The merchant mix-living.com and the fake courier broughtontransport.uk both list the exact same contact phone number and the exact same 'shipping' address on their respective websites. They are the same fraudulent entity.

When I contacted a support agent, they "confirmed" the fake courier was real. This is part of the scam to build your confidence and delay a chargeback.

I have reported all of this evidence to Klarna and am currently in a dispute to get my money back. Do not buy from this website.

Not the best search engine as lots of repetitive photos of items on this site but mostly free delivery and really great prices!!

Tried to order a Nintendo. Should have known it was suspiciously cheap.

Paid through a Tide pay link, and was sent shipping confirmation from a courier I hadn't heard of, broughtontransport.uk, whose website and postal addresses have been chosen to look very similar to broughtontransport.com.

The courier's (disconnected) contact number was also the same number as mix-living.com which was also suspicious.

Was told by the courier that the package was delayed, and then told by the courier that it was lost. Waiting on a refund (supposedly being issued by the courier, not the vendor?!), but I'm not optimistic.

Good SELECTION, FAIR PRICES, DESCRIPTION of items.

i promise this isn’t a spam attack / its customers being ripped off one after the other. just read the positive reviews they are all bots. please don’t make the same mistake we did. these people have no morals.

No goods have been received, phone number disconnected, emails are not being replied to, refund not sent.

Emails are now being replied to but not giving refund info. Have reported to bank as scammers

Scam retailer, provides tracking info from a fake company with the same contact info as them, then delays delivery by one day every day. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is… avoid
