Awesome quality and so easy to create an order. Thank you Mixam. My previous 3 books have been completed thru Mixam.

I had a great experience using Mixam to print our baseball team’s summer program. Our team typically creates a digital only version, but I wanted to produce a printed copy as a keepsake for the players and families.
I uploaded our 40-page, magazine-style file through the online portal, and the process was simple and easy to use. Everything from submission to delivery was very straightforward and completed within a reasonable timeline.
The print quality was excellent. The colours were very accurate to what was designed, and the quality of the binding exceeded our expectations. The final product really matched what was created and looked very professional.
The programs turned out so well that other families on the team wanted copies, and I have already come back to order larger batches. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for high-quality printing and an easy, reliable process.

Great quality work but never on time. Estimated date to ship out was June 3rd, it didn't come until the 15th. No updates, no explanations, i don't know why. It was "ready to ship out" on the 4th, but didn't until a whole week later. Last order (also arrived much later than estimated) was around the holidays so I thought it's just the timing, but no. Either give a realistic estimate or don't give one at all instead.

Fast service, well priced, arrived a day early too.

I didn’t know what I was doing at first, but I found the communication with me helpful and the end result is good. I would have like to have had a bit more explicit instruction at times regarding how to submit the artwork, but I appreciate having the work reviewed by someone.

Maxim makes printing so easy! My first book, a 372 page family history, was incredibly easy to publish. The step by step guide and full tutorials made it so simple. Pricing is very reasonable. Quality is very high. I’m extremely impressed.

I just received my order of 30 copies of my 492 page hardcover family history book. They turned out beautifully. Everything I had envisioned when I first started writing my book five years ago. I found the software to upload my manuscript easy to use with the help of their very helpful AI agent. The template for the cover design was great. I loved the virtual preview so I could see how the book would look before it printed. The cost was reasonable. The book quality is exceptional. The only reason I am not giving five stars is because the order was late and I had to cancel the book launch party I had planned for two days after the estimated delivery date and no one contacted me to let me know it was delayed. I had to contact customer support a few times and got vague answers about when it would be ready. But I just received a nice apology with an offer of a discount on my next book. I am so pleased with the end result I have gotten over my disappointment over the delay.

Amazing service and very affordable pricing I will order more and all my future book projects I will publish through Mixam for sure!!!

Loved the albums, but the estimated delivery got delayed so much my event was past when I received them…

The quality of the printed paperback comic books and postcards were pretty good (though for the postcards, the ink had spread more than I had expected), but they were not dispatched on time. However, customer service was helpful and expressed to the production team the urgency of the order (I needed the products for an event on the weekend; they had delivery dates of Tuesday and Thursday of that week) and fortunately they arrived in time for the event.

This issue with delayed delivery had happened before and as such I will be considering other printing options in the future.

The quality is premium and no less than majour publishers. I had a delay of 5 days to get the book but again, the quality dwarf completely this delivery delay

I write picture books for kids. We are really pleased with our latest publication The Secret Tooth. Nice quality product.

There was a bit of a delay with the shipping of my books and when I reached out, stressing that I was hoping to have these by a certain date, they got back to me and informed me of when the books would be going out.

Printing is always great quality, this time around we needed a rush on the printing before a big trade show and they made it happen, we have been using them since 2023 and will continue.

All good and on time, although UPS took the box to the neighbor's house.

My order arrived promptly when expected it was exactly what I expected to see and the service I got from the company and dealing with helping me create. My book was excellent. I was very pleased with the service and the quality of the order.

Shipping was delayed/late without reason or notice.

Excellent quality product, quick responses online and help with formatting. Great quality control and formatting, online uploading works very well, customer service was excellent. Paid for the quick turnaround and it was quicker than I anticipated. Staff very helpful in sorting issues over a few days and still arrived on time. Very great work, super happy with product, have ordered with Mixam for three year of high school yearbooks and everyone has been very happy with it. Product always as advertised, would print other products with Mixam as well.
