On The Fence
My project progressed well until it was time to publish. That’s when I encountered issues with communication and slow production time. Communication between the actual print house and service team could be significantly improved. I also encountered issues with delivery. The quality, however, was excellent so I’m uncertain about using Mixam in the future.

With any order, but especially one for 400 copies, production can sometimes need a little additional time to ensure everything is completed to the quality we expect. This is why our production and delivery dates are always estimates rather than guaranteed dates.
Your point about communication between our production and service teams is absolutely noted, and this is something we’re actively working to improve.
We always recommend allowing a little extra time where possible, just in case production needs longer to ensure we can provide you, and all our customers, with great-quality books.
We really appreciate your feedback and hope that, despite the delays, you’ll consider using us again in the future.
