Absolute garbage app, hardest job ever deleting your account

The Station Inn Whitby downloaded the app tried ton redeem the free drink couldn't because there were no table numbers even after asking at he bar what a load of s...e or crap whichever

The app is rubbish does not move up the screen when using keyboard on phone and so could not see the info you put in and then it said there was a problem with the card when nothing was wrong

What a waste of time

Went into my local bar and used the app to order. Drinks came the first time but then every other order failed. Using the same card details. Terrible app had a offer as had £5 to redeem and it vanished so couldn't use. Pointless app and promises never given. Don't usually write reviews but this deserves less than 1 star as very pppr design and functionality. In a day where customer service is paramount terrible experience for the paying customer.

Very poor App . Did manage to get a free pint of Guinness at my local initialy, hence 2 stars. Subsequently other offers not available at venues. Then it logs you out and wont allow you to log in or reset password. Tried numerous times to no avail. Life is too short for that so uninstalled. By the look of most reviews I suggest they scrap this idea and come up with something that works and doesnt over promise and not deliver

Promised a free drink but code said that it couldn't be redeemed as order had changed. Staff at Slug & Lettuce would not honour it either as app was telling them it had already been redeemed. Long complex sign up process also meant time socialising was spent staring at phone sorting out thw ordering process. Rubbish app

I can't get back on app I have £119 How do I get back on I have tried logging on but it won't take my details

Since I have installed this app I have been sent free drinks and not once have I managed to receive one always out of stock. Con !!!!

I like the idea of the Mixr app especially when you do not have to use the app at all especially when you can simply link your card, unfortunately the app is very unreliable and even the linked cards do not work all the time, I have contacted stonegate 3 times now so they can add the points that have been missing! I wonder how many out there who lose points all the time and dont even realise.

Still waiting for my verification code so I can open the app and claim my points. Been a long wait. Can’t claim the points once you’ve paid so a total waste of time.

Biggest con ever. Open app, asks to put in verification code from your email. Code takes that long to arrive, you’re left the pub by the time it arrives, if it arrives at all. Cannot claim points once you’ve already paid. If you want to sit in the pub for an hour to wait for the code without a drink then great. Wouldn’t bother with this app, waste of time !

Makes lots of promises, but never delivers. Friend referral, doesn't work. Card Linking, doesn't work.

Support keep telling you they will add missing points but then tell you to come back in 7 more days, again and again and again, then close your SR.

Overall its a 5% discount- if only it worked.

Something to do with Stonegate pubs chain. Misleading app advertising, no way to delete your customer data, their emails bounce back.

GDPR nightmare. Avoid.
